I’m not sure how or why Eustace is surprised/frustrated. When offered the job he surely did his due diligence on how rovers are run etc if he didn’t that’s on him but I’m pretty sure he would have. He then has accepted the job knowing the history of the owners history of the recruitment team (now changed) history of waggott the venkys court case. He would have known

This 100%. No matter what goes on there are going to be certain accounts on here that will argue a point to suit their narrative. There are accounts that are overly positive about everything not seeing the clear signs of trouble behind the scenes and other accounts that no matter if ya signed messi it wouldn’t be good enough. Very rarely any balance

If it was as easy as that all clubs would have transfers done within 24/48 hours. Reality is clubs are businesses and they will penny pinch in every way possible until they find middle ground. Happens in every single club long drawn out transfer sagas isn’t just rovers look at Conor Gallagher transfer for example been on going few weeks now too. It’s football

hulls 3 games have been a mixed bag and whilst they have made good signings itl take them time to gel they seem to give up a few chances so the game could be open which leads me to think Dolan will be playing Brittain and hedges both deserve starts both have had really big impacts on the last two league games but I’d say hedges won’t get the nod ennis Iv been impressed with and given no setbacks a full weeks training I reckon he starts Pears brittain carter hyam Pickering travis wharton jrc sammy Dolan ennis based on JDTs preferred tactics at home I wouldn’t mind seeing a bit of a change I think if we could get buckely jrc and Wharton playing together there’s enough there for chances -

We should be a different team this time round a lot more solid/structured. The 4-0 game Garrett and morton were the midfield 2. Travis and tronstad will sure that up. Vale dack hedges 3 infront of them lacks mobility add Dolan markanday and Sammie in there gives us a good press. Doesn’t guarantee anything but it’s a different team altogether than the last time we visited. I do agree though the height is still a concern wba under manager didn’t utilise that for them he was happy to play on the deck, I suspect Saturday will be different but certainly nothing to fear. -

It’s great seeing how other rovers fans see how players performed outside of the obvious standouts. I think subconsciously fans have favourites and edge a bit of bias towards/against some players. Markanday and dolan namely the two so many contrasting views on how they performed today. For me both positions are up for grabs but a goal for markanday will do his confidence no harm def has a lot to improve on and dolan his work rate cannot be faulted but his final contribution decision making needs to be better -

Pickering was excellent today not sure if you just don’t fancy him as the starting Lb (which is fair enough as many other agree) but today not a foot wrong defensively -

Totally missing the point Iv said we need signings it’s clear we do but the way some fans have got on it’s as if the current crop are league 1 standard - today proved that wrong -

Agreed on the out muscled part that is a concern. But we have more pace through the team than they do believe it or not need markanday dolan and sammy to be right at it from the start -

does it? Lacks pace and aging for me I’m happy against that. Some good players in there don’t get me wrong -
