I'm not lumping Becks performances in there with the rest btw, I appreciate what he did last season. However, the others were also not that great of an option to fall back on and we still have nothing to show for it, other than highlighting his talent for other clubs this year.

I'd rather sign up squad players with potential to develop instead of prem loans who try for 4 months before making cameos.

Fair enough, I don't know anything about shady firings and hirings. My recent view was he seemed like a positive influence on the team in a time where players were thrown into a bad situation.
