  1. Yes yes! What we need is a significant investment that ought to do it!
  2. Correct. My only game in the 80s came in 89 "splinters on our arses" 😉 But yes you're right the heart of the club rippled outwards and touched everyone win or lose
  3. It's all about the explanation to our kiddies mate. I dont want my kids going down to Ewood thinking this is how it should be, I want them to know that we are in a strange time and that football can be amazing and football can be gloomy. You might not win every week but you're still be happy because you love our club. I get asked often why we sing we want venkys out. And I have to try and modify things to their ears. Which isn't easy, but I have shown them videos of when we won the league, how it happened and who Jack Walker was. They know all about Jack now I'm proud to say, Just wish they knew how it felt to have the place full every weekend with owners at the helm who bleed blue and white like Uncle Jack. Our Time Will Come Again
  4. Great pics looks like you weren't too far from us either VID-20250503-WA0033(1).mp4
  5. To make a good run at the premier league and with a realistic view to stay in it, the championship is a holding pen where club owners culminate a plan to make a move upwards and remain there. However we appear to be in a queue in Argos were the shop assistant has lost our receipt and forgot our order so we have to go back to the till to print another out..
  6. Reflecting on today and the season as a whole. Thought they played valiantly today and will a draw from a good side in Utd. We were nice n loud in the stands today, lots of young kids, teens and 20s. The future of our fan base. It's days like these they'll remember. The almosts, the nearlys, the so close. theyll remember it especially the little lad that sang his head off all the way through the 90 mins infront of me, to be in tears at the end, consoled presumablyby his father. That kid will be there in 30 years with his own kids one day, Keeping the Blue flag flying high. And despite wondering what we all think might happen next season we'll still be back there for another final countdown, another pie and pint and another chance at making playoffs. What an absolute clusterfuck of emotions. Does it ever get any easier. Anyway I'm off for Pint. ROVERS TIL I DIE 🌹🔵⚪️🔵⚪️🔵⚪️🔵⚪️🌹
  7. Plus Ribiero was decent down this side at what was asked of him
  8. I can catch those balls and flick them back between my legs I've no idea what he's trying to do that close to the touchline
  9. Line the stomach when the other half gets up then its off down to Ewood
  10. Aye same woke up around 5.10 sat here with a coffee now stomach jitters...
  11. It's all we can ask of them, throw the kitchen sink at them and come out on top. If other results go our way then Que Sera Sera.... COME ON ROVERS!!! 🔵⚪️🌹
