  1. A simple solution this Bristol moaning is tedious:- 1) Book Stu's bus or 2) Cancel rooms in Bristol, no hotel can charge with this much notice..and book on a different line as Ricky suggested or 3) Stay in Cardiff on the Friday night or surrounding areas or 4) All the moaners hire a mini bus and travel direct from Lancs to cardiff Frustrating and FA f**k up but lets move on and talk about the semi instead of Bristol please..
  2. If you dont fancy Bristol..Cheltenham is a good night out and town.. About 6 of us staying there on the Friday... Time to forget all the negative and get 30,000 rovers fans to Cardiff to cheer on the team to the clean sweep of domestic trophies in the last 10 years now thats a thought for the big clubs!!! WE SHALL NOT BE MOVED...
  3. A Rovers Win... 2 - 0 Stead and Reid would do nicely.... Have we shifted more than 12,000 tickets yet? I see the office is open Sunday do you still have to be on the database or will I have East Midland muppets sat near me? Either way a Rovers win and Wanky W's in the semi with NUFC v MUFC in the other my prediction...
  4. THe1MattJansen If you have been to 4 away games you should have got them Monday - Your fault not the clubs OnePost There are 10k season ticket holders and only 4k tickets, so bound to be disappointed people - nit the club's fault could not have done it fairer.. I am a season ticket holder who travels from Gloucs, been at Ewood since 1975 and gates of 5,000, went to Celtic etc..could not get a Burnley ticket but not blaming the club - I'm unlucky But worse things could happen in life so I'll watch in the pub Replay March 1st for those interested
  5. Forecast this one and cant wait.....knew I bought a season ticket for some reason.. This will be live on TV and sold out...will we have to Bus in and out again? Cmon
  6. Echo everything said One interception/tackle yesterday was World Class Andy Todd take a bow!!!
  7. i've been to Cardiff before and it is a time warp in terms of hospitality.. My serious advice, dont wear colours and keep your head down.. Irrespective of us not having a large hooligan following, for the dim wits from the self proclaimed roughest council estate in Europe, they will see any fan as game, English and from the premiership and more than likely take a pop before asking questions... In terms of the FA Cup I believe some of the old magic is returning and it will intensify once Wembley is rebuilt!! 1-0 win to us and then the dingles in round 4, for more crash helmet fun!!
  8. Mark Hughes or Mike Newell for me please... Houllier - a backward step McCarthy - relegation time Reid - No thanks Jewell - bit like Keegan good at getting promotion, but no top flight pedigree Strachan - perhaps but if he does well off he goes to Scotland!! I believe its Mark Hughes but at present deciding on Welsh job half done, the decision is his..
  9. Have to agree with ArrodBlue and Blackburnender Hendry - Show us your bum - bleads blue and white Garner - No need to say anything... then either:- Speedie Keeley Shearer Atkins Genoe Berg the list is endless, and for his 1994/5 season SHerwood would have to be there!!! Personally I would say the 3rd had to be:- Speedie
  10. Never had a season ticket before even though been going since 1975.. But just purchased one , even though I live down south, my wife is expecting a baby soon so will need to help out at weekends and will only be able to go to about 10 games... Got promoted at work so have more disposable income so thought why not? you only live once Also got a feeling with the new additions and a fit again Ferguson and Thompson that we are going to the FA Cup final and hate to miss out on a ticket!!!
  11. Love Dublin but on hols in France... Any chance of a friendly in Bordeaux?
  12. FLB Just starting The Life of Pi by Yann Martell....so far so good The Road to Nab End set in Blackburn, excellent... Read Attonement by Ian McCewan prior to that..which was fairly good for a Booker short list All time favourite Catcher in the Rye... Cheers
  13. Got to say that was the most noise ever made by Rovers at an away game, even the old man sat next to me was singing continuously.... Highlight was a rendition of Souness, Souness followed by the Saville Row suited Man punching his fists in the air towards the rovers fans...Brilliant!!! Steve, Tris, DP, Andy C etc...missed you after the game walked into town with a group of burberry clad undesirables from Blackburn and 6 police horses...then slopped to bed to sleep of the illness... Can you hear the Celtic sing no..no.
  14. Redialled all morning never got through until mid afternoon - all sold out!!!!!!!!!!! As stated on hear for this game we would have sold 7,000!!! @#/? TV it is...any other London Blue going to be in the Stanhope!!!!!!!!!!
  15. Hopefully flying up from Luton - ticket depending , as could not go to Sofia.. Fingers crossed
