Like cherry picking.
The ref doesn't book all for it.
-
You see players effing and blinding at refs every week, never getting booked.
Do the refs only hear it from players they want to hear it from?
Did Bellamy say more than just swearing at the ref, what terrible words could he have used? Cheat ! or maybe Biased !
-
Yes he did and giving the foul against Kuqi was a weak decision by Stiles. BUT Bellamy's was obviously for dissent which is his own fault entirely. Stupid to miss the Mags game for such a ridiculous loss of self control. He deserves a right old bollocking from the rest of the team and the manager.
Yes, it was for dissent.
It's a strange law that one, every single player has a go at the ref during every match that's played, yet very few are cautioned.

There's no way there was 6500 empty seats, a couple of thou at the most
-
I think the reason Manure had so much ball in the second half was due to all the yellow cards the ref gave us. He managed to sway the game their way in a very subtle manner, taking the tackling ability away from us for fear of a second yellow and sending off.
How did Smith escape with just a yellow after his disgraceful lunge?
Yes the ref was scared of another Fergie tongue lashing.
Overall I'm happy with the draw and pleased it's still all to play for at OT.

We should be looking to build up a sizeable first leg lead then, I'll settle for 4-0
-
Bit different in the fourth round
-
Bellamy's wasn't a tap in, in fact I'm ashamed to say I was surprised when it went in.

No doubt the results of todays meeting between Jansen and the club will be reported in tonights LET and the official club website.

Shhh, the taxman is listening

Can't believe the pessimism that still exists.
I'm starting to get that mid nineties feeling that we are going to win every game.
I will be totally relaxed at tonights game and I'm expecting a comfortable win.
For those who haven't got a season ticket, get yourselves a half ST, it's onwards and upwards from here on in.

Speechless, the PC brigade are out in force again, some people are just too sensitive.
Try concentrating on a great performance by the lads, the great result, two fantastic goals and an overall a superb day all round for all connected with the club.
-
Of which they will sell half. Notlob away following to Ewood in recent years has been pi$$ poor.

This cold spell has been forecast all week, why wasn't the undersoil heating checked earlier to ensure it was working?
-
Do you not have to travel any great distance to the game?
Or have to find a spot to park the car
Or have kids that like to watch the away team arrive
Or have kids that want to look around the shop
Or have tickets to buy for upcoming games
Or have a couple of pints when I'm in the ground
Idiot. Don't assume everyone lives five minutes away and can walk to the ground any day of the week.
-
Just got back home.
What a bl00dy disgrace, it's not that bad. The undersoil heating mustn't have been on
I wonder what feeble excuse the club will come up with, or is this a ploy to sell the unsold tickets for Wigan, that may be the last chance for some supporters to see some holiday football.
Pi$$ed off

I didn't really say that, did I?
We're only half way through the season, plenty time to topple 'em

Bring on Donny

At Last, thought it would never come !

Rovers Vs Man Utd. 1st Leg

Ronaldo caused the defence to panic whenever he got the ball, frequently three Rovers players tried to stop him, leaving too much space elsewhere.
Fergie's half time change of pushing up his fullbacks stifled our width and we were unable to play through the middle. This did however leave them with two at the back for most of the second half but because of Kuqi's ineptitude, we were unable to capitalise on this, the few occasions that Bellamy was played into the wide open spaces down the channels.
If they try this again at OT I'd like to see Emerton brought on to play up front with Bellers
