  1. Frustrating half. As others have said, Buckley showing class, but quality missing up front big time. Gally is huffing and puffing, I respect that, but just isn't providing much quality at all. We are solid at the back, except for Edun who seems really out of place. We are stretched thin so not many options on the bench...a bit worrying.

  2. Just read these two articles : https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/19724340.blackburn-rovers-ittle-winner-colin-hendry-signs-dementia-study/

It's devastating and profoundly sad. Sadly, with family, I know first hand what dealing with such diseases is like. You think there has to be a link with heading the ball, given how many stories in football you read. Yet with the case I am familiar with, as with others, it can also happen to people who have never had any kind of head-related stress.

We have to value every day that we have.

  3. My hope would be that these footballers get a dumping of posts on their feeds and they just like everything and anything involving a team mate or former team mate without thinking much. Still dumb. But the alternative, that they willfully realize they are pissing off the supporters and/or just don't care....I don't know what I could say to that.

  4. Yep, and it has been a complete mess long before this result - but it sums it up that the heaviest home defeat is barely met with a shrug of the shoulders by those that run the club. Nonchalant as you'd like. The supporters, the club and it's history are complete and total non-entities for TM and Venkys.

I just don't know when this misery will end.

Mowbray will be sacked....mark my words..

    So humiliating...

Bigger chance they'll find little green men on the moon tomorrow. "Plenty of positives, their second should have been offside, individual mistakes, we'll take it on the chin" etc etc everyone knows the usual garbage train. Mowbray and Venkys have absolutely not the slightest notions that the club and the supporters are worth something.

Yes, it’s bad. But if it’s any consolation, even Liverpool and ManU have a game like this every year.

Take our lumps, come out ready to face ShefU on Saturday.

Liverpool are allowed games like this because they then go on to pummel most other teams. Completely ridiculous comparison. Mowbray can't even hold a 2-0 lead.

I just wonder sometimes if the owners are aware (or even care) about what is going on at Rovers. We are going to potentially see millions of pounds worth of footballers walking away in June and we might get a pittance for one of them in return. I dread to think what the cost of replacing them will be against potential transfer fees and what new players will be demanding. I'd wager in the scheme of things it will cost us infinitely more to replace them than re engage them on new terms. Where is the curtain twitcher in all this, the man of mystery and intrigue. Is he reporting back that we have a bloke masquerading as a CEO who has failed in every aspect of the job. The man isn't fit to sweep the car park never mind calling the shots.I

    FOW.

I don't think we will replacing them at all. We will simply have to do with academy players or anyone we can get on a free and for low wages. Fun times ahead.

  8. It is disgraceful what has been allowed to happen to Derby. A lot of disgraceful things have been happening to football lately, and unfortunately fan memories are short lived. We - the wider football community - were close, or at least it felt like we were close to massive change over the Super League, but that fell apart and we went back to the status quo.

    Dark times.

  9. This has to be some of the most twisted shitfuckery I have come across in a long time. So the international window comes and clubs have to pick whether to lose players for 3, or for 2 games through absolutely no fault of their own? Why the hell do FIFA allow this rule during a pandemic, and what do South American FAs have to gain by punishing players and clubs like this? Teach us a lesson for following the government's pandemic rules? Ok?

    Joke.
