You can't criticise him for dicey subs in one breath then claim you'd throw on a 16 year old while 2 zip down away in the next.
I’d have made the one sub; half the time playing with Gally is like playing with ten men anyway.

Not sure it’s balls, strikes me more a bloke who hasn’t got a clue and just had a gamble on changes. If it’s was ‘balls’ he’d have taken off Hyam for starters, closely followed by Gallagher and Brittain
Spot on.

I shouldn’t have bothered turning back on at halftime as I knew the stupid subs wouldn’t help. Definitely protecting a 2-0 loss.

Anyone care to explain JE’s ‘plan’ this half to get us back in it? We look like we could play until next Christmas and not even create a single chance.
Maybe he’s protecting the goal difference? Might actually work…

4 subs looks like useless had lost the plot to me, like a drunk gambler at at a roulette table throwing his last chips randomly on the table.
I’d have thrown the young lad on instead of Gallagher. Can’t do any worse than that useless lump. There’s no creativity what so ever now.

I tell you what; if I had a pound for every time I’ve seen the word ‘pragmatic’ the last few days, I’d be on to a good earner 😂

Sheff Wed did us proud last night beating Brum which, and only due to my insomnia, I watched.
I hope the deadly duo take advantage today v Stoke, which one will have to do the iPad routine......

Yeah as per Alan Myers.
Post the tweets, rather than saying it like you know from your secret sources.
Doing the photos and video before he’s actually signed up no doubt.

Am I right in saying that JDT has gone but no official statement from the club has been issued confirming it.
Am I also right in saying that John Eustace is coming in but no official statement from the club has been issued confirming it.
They’ve typed up the statement, just got to upload it…..

There’s too much to keep on at the moment. This secret meeting with Waggott; surely the attendees saw it as further Waggot bullshit?
Feels like the Anderson interview and that time when a select few went for tea and a sleepover at Venky’s house(which members were these btw? I’ve asked before and never got any answers 🙄😂).

Excellent post Tony.
Best manager under this lot by a country mile and they found a way to bollox it up.
He took them by surprise last season almost finishing in the playoffs, that having lost key players in the summer too. They couldn't allow that to happen again and here we are.
I wish him all the best for the future, he's been treated appallingly by the club, a club I don't recognise any longer.
In desperate times, it appears we actually agree for once mate ☺️😉

Can you believe this one (from LT)? I'd say past experience has no relevance whatsoever to this chap. How many Transfer Window disappointments does it take?
"I agree. If we can get the McGuire deal over the line then I would consider that a pretty decent window. £22M for a 19 year old who has only made 44 appearances is a masterstroke. Hopefully we can invest a significant amount of that money this summer."He’s got to be off his tits on some strong drugs surely?

Yeah, I don't entertain conspiracy bollocks, but I am not buying this for one second.
For it to happen last winter window (twice) was embarrassing at best.
For it to happen again now, oddly on the only deal that would cost us a few quid, it cannot be another admin error.
The club surely don't expect fans to just accept/believe that?Something is afoot and I think it's not far from coming to a head...
There’s always been something afoot with those lot. The whole ownership doesn’t make any sense.

Is anyone finding they have zero motivation to even follow the score? I’m spending all my free time reading the doom and gloom; by the time I get to the weekend I think I’ll need a break. Probably won’t be able to not watch though. I’ve always said supporting Rovers is like being a battered house wife since the scum bought us and I’ll be ready for a good beating again come Saturday, hoping it might be different.

Hopefully those who didn’t protest last time have learnt their lesson. I won’t hold my breath though. Everybody united in protest.
Maybe if they’d helped us we’d be looking back on a successful campaign….

The system log will show all actions. Easy to prove or disprove.
And if that feeble excuse has been given to the EFL they can ask to see the records.
They maybe pressed save because, they didn’t want to/weren't allowed to send it. Then they can say they pressed the wrong button as a lame excuse, sack a scapegoat and get the naive happy flappers back on board.
I can’t even bring myself to check Facebook or the LT to see how they are justifying it.
“easy mistake to make”
”we wouldn’t even have a PC if not for Venky’s”
”this isn’t Windows 95 anymore, it’s way harder to use Windows 7/8/11”

We need an updated version of this.
One long form and a short form version that can be banged up on socials.
Also if someone can put together some quick tiktok length videos that outline these facts. Especially concentrating on them being under investigation for financial fraud.
The way we get at them is to smash their reputation.
Definitely. We need ex-players and celebrity fans on board too(Max Farnham, Roy Cropper etc).

Let's look at this from a critical perspective and take into account what we already know about how the Raos operate.
The Egg is given the task of finding players and is given his parameters, only frees or loans and if you want to spend you have to sell.
He sells a player for a fee.
He finds another player, costs a fee but substantially less than what is received.
He has a DFA of about 50p so all financial dealings are to be singed off by the owners.
The owners refuse to sign off on spending any of the money received in the outgoing transfer.
The Egg renegotiates the deal as a loan with option. There is a small fee attached.
He sells another player for the right amount to cover the fee.
The owners refuse to sign off on the deal.
The minions on the ground are told they have to take the flak for this and deflect any and all attention away from the owners.
There is a kerfuffle with the paper work and the transfer doesn't happen.
Someone on the ground has to fall on their sword but that's what they're paid for.
Maggot is on a cushy number and topping up the pension, Sylvester probably not far behind in that regard and the Egg has only ever been an academy director before his DOF role here so not like he can easily just chuck it in.
It's all about protecting the owners reputation, it's the only thing they care about.
I reckon that’s very much the reason it’s fallen through. Just like the two last January. Unfortunately, we’ll probably never know the real truth as anyone who knows will have a NDA. That’s the way these crooks work.
