  1. I feel that if Buckley are our biggest talent, he really should be playing more often at his age, and also making more of an impact on the games. I don't think he will make it at this my level, and he really needs to bulk up a bit.

I could be wrong about him, but I feel he should be further down the line at this stage.

As for Evans and Gallagher, they really should struggle to get in the matchday squad when everyone is fit.

Douglas, Trybull, and Pears all to come in before the deadline and Downing to re-join next week. Fantastic business all round.

    Quality options in every position.

Where would Downing play ? Can't see him getting any gametime in central midfield now. Waste of wages in my opinion.

https://www.rovers.co.uk/teams/first-team/ Now. We've got 4.  Kaminski, Eastham, Stergiakis & Fisher all listed as 1st team. Like I said, fairly routine to have 3 keepers in the 1st team squad.

Fisher will be going on loan by all accounts, Eastham is going to be the U23 keeper so we are back to 2 keepers. Pears being signed isn't beyond the realms of possibility.

It depends if Nixon is aware of us signing the Greek lad. If he's not then it's probably bollocks, like I said.

Well yes, but would you really count Eastham and Fisher as senior keepers even tough they are listed as 1st team ? No experience on senior level at all. At least Stergiakis has played some games.

Pears does play for Middlesbrough, as did his dad, so that has to be factored into the equation?

It's fairly routine to have 3 keepers (Kaminski, Greek lad, Pears) and that means our young keepers can go out on loan.

Probably bollocks though. Maybe Nixon isn't aware we bought the Greek lad.

When was the last time we had 3 senior goalkeepers in the squad?

Was Aleesami poor in the Intl. he played because he's not been playing much football, or is he just a bit average in general?

He was poor against Serbia, but the whole team was poor in general. As I have mentioned before, our national coach tends to play his favourites every time. Like Alesaami (no club), Stefan Johansen (not playing at Fulham) and Markus Henriksen (without a club for several months, still played).  My opinion on Alesaami have changed after the Serbia, I tought he has been decent before, but now he seems poor. He probably just lacks game time, but I would prefer a younger player.

Wrapping up his negotiations to sign for the famous Blackburn Rovers, or just that shite in his last match?

Shite, the coach said he was exhausted after the Serbia game. Probably just an excuse to not play him (since he seems to be one of his favourite players), his replacement was very good.

Only passing on what I read. You're right, his match fitness must be miles off which is why it's a surprise he played!

As for Manning - not a chance he'll go for £5m. Out of contract next summer isn't he?

I mentioned this about his match fitness last night. Still I was not surprised that he started. Our national coach is a stubborn old man, tends to play his favourite players every single game, even if they don't have a club...
