Neither am I. I was reading this article about "Loudness Wars" the other week and it seems that it's quite common to find you've paid for a badly produced album. My son is into the Red Hot Chili Peppers and it seems they are one of the worst offenders.

I bought this and their last album The Back Room too. They're both great albums, just a pity about the compression on the new album causing some distortion in playback. I wish they wouldn't keep doing that when they record cd's. I've noticed the same with some Oasis albums too.
You could take your pick from these programs, some are free and there are guides to help you for some of them. I've never converted avi to dvd so I don't know which would be the best option, you could ask in the forum on that site.

I was at this match and at a rough guess i'd say there were no more than 30. As Aggyblue said, some did climb in from the enclosure, I was stod about twenty feet away from there as I watched them coming over the fence.
