Mowbray will be judged on his results like every other manager since day dot.

Excellent football by Fulham in the first half, whilst the second they showed how good they were defensively, after they’d gone down to 10.
Has anyone ever seen so many Fulham fans though?
Read that their ST holders could buy 6 tickets each, so plenty of families there you’d imagine.
-
The Crystal Palace ultras or whatever they are called are probably the best known such group - they are based in a corner of their main home end - at the opposite side of the ground to the away support no less.
Why is it that you are so opposed to the Blackburn End, as N01 and N05 for example, had plenty of room last season...
-
If that’s the case won’t that will leave you with a very small area to create this zone before you start hitting existing ST holders?
-
Is the end block that is usually netted off (apart from Oxford) going to be open too?

You tell me mate. But after the last 12 months we’ve had, with a manager who has proven 100 times over his worth, a team who have given everything to the cause and owners who have backed the manager and backed the manager and not sold any of our best players...what on EARTH do any real Rovers fans have to be negative about?
If Carlsberg did amazing turnarounds, being a Rovers fan in the last 12 months would be it!!
So yeah, I question the motives of those people. Now back to transfers ??
It’s a message board with a few dozen regular posters, what other ‘motive’ could they possibly have?

After the season we’ve just had I can’t believe some of the negativity still being peddled on here. It’s draining and I can’t help but wonder if those people actually have the club at heart Stuart.
Always a daft statement, file it with ‘some fans enjoy/want us to lose’
Who on earth would spend their free time on a Rovers message board, some with a decade plus of posting if they didn’t have the club at heart?

Since Waggott’s arrival, for me there has been a noticeable focus on the commercial side.
Various new sponsors, 1875 Lounge, these events for local businesses, end of season award night etc.
The club seems much more ‘normal’ in that regard than any other time since 2011.

That’s great. So let’s support the team then. Support the manager. Trust the manager who sees every single day what the likes of Conway etc bring to the party!
The fact that we love the club doesn’t give us a reason to strenuously pass judgment on situations we know literally nothing about. Anyone on here know what terms we’ve offered? Anyone work with the group daily? Anyone here responsible for paying the bills at Rovers? No. Like I say, it’s weird.
Just let the manager do his job.
A message board is a modern version of discussions about your club in the pub, over the garden fence and so on. Managers, players, owners have always been pontificated about by fans, always will.
As long as you ‘support the manager and team’ in the ground, why can’t folk ‘strenuously pass judgement’ on some obscure medium called brfcs.com?

LT lifting quotes straight off Rovers.co.uk (without citing them) again.

Didn’t Rowett recently sign a new contract at Derby?
-
-
Possibly he’s heard from ‘sources’, but nowt from the horse’s mouth as yet?
Though I may be giving the modern day LT too much credit in assuming they have sources that aren’t rovers.co.uk articles!
-
Am I the only one that gets Garry Monk and Gary Rowett mixed up?
Same first name (almost), seem to end up at the same clubs and have a reputation of being these bright young things...
-
Out of nowhere Bury started splashing the cash on the likes of Beckford etc.
Backfired big time obviously.

Like a Rafa tribute on here.

I agree the paper has no credibility these days but it did read as “post” to me.
We know those two things already.
The LT will have just updated ‘planning to meet’ with ‘has met’ in the articles.
Indeed, the Telegraph would have been delighted to nab a post India interview so quickly and would have been all:
’EXCLUSIVE- Mowbray speaks post India’ etc.
-
More of a When Saturday Comes man myself...
-
Those quotes won’t be post India. The LT will be doing what they do every summer, conduct a fairly wide ranging interview with the manager after the last game and then sprinkle bits of it in each day’s paper for as long as possible.

All hail the benevolent Venky's!
Can you imagine in our heyday going on to their boards and pontificating on how their tinpot organisation was run, how greatful they should be to Ingleby or whoever for keeping the lights on and what response we'd have got?
-
Interesting hat Mogga's comments are also being published on the offiical site...

Hameed's form has fallen off a cliff, so it looks as if he'll be learning his trade at county level for the forseeable (if he can even get into the Lancs team!).

Is Saxoman back?
Could well be.
Though he is busy at the moment, fresh from his residency on the Shrewsbury forum, here he is giving his pearls of wisdom to devestated Swansea fans;

I'm sure you've been trotting out such nonsense since he was rightly let go by bowyer. Now he's getting a bit of publicity for his 'good games'(being at a London club does that), you feel your stance is justified.
My opinion remains.
Rightly let go?
Behave yourself, the guy is and was a class act at this level.

Darwen End Closure / New Singing Section
in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
Posted
Think it’s a shame that there is this bizarre Blackburn/Darwen End rivalry for some folk, just imagine a packed BBurn End every week, but it is what it is, I suppose.
Moving forward how are you/the club going to try and promote it, so it is more than a couple of hundred lads in there?
Will there be banners, flags etc?
