I’ve just accepted a few PNE fans as new members of the site. Be on standby to report them if they’re being silly beggars…
-
And yet there wasn’t the ingenuity to take advantage, again. I’d have had the ticket office reopen at full time, Birmingham tickets £15 for adults anywhere in the ground, with the PA system urging people to go.

Is Ben Brereton Diaz of 21/22 better than Adam Armstrong of 20/21?
-
Is it only me that wants us to cash in ASAP? Love him, love the story, love celebrating his success. But Rovers - at 7m - can’t risk him returning back to just Ben Brereton, can they?
-
The pitch levelled it out for the first half. We couldn’t play our game at all. If it hadn’t have been absolutely pissing it down we would have won 2 or 3 nil today.

For the first time since Charlton away in League 1… I’d give Mowbray an contract extension.

The ads you’re being served are based on your search history and internet profile, so whatever you’re seeing is relevant to that… …saying that, I specified I don’t want anyone to see adverts linked to sex, tobacco or gambling. So can you screenshot what you’re seeing so that I can complain to the provider? I’m not sure what the banner section of the website is either. Can you post a screenshot of that page too? We have a little more control at the moment because we have a new company involved. I’m trying to build a profile of how much each viewer is worth to BRFCS so that I can attach a minimum value to an ad-free membership.

January Transfer window 2022

He struggled a little during lockdown - and wouldn’t mind me saying that, most of us did. We keep in touch, he’s OK, still following Rovers. Still hating the JWT! -

@Madon’s Assombalonga isn’t brought up half as much as this Mols vs. Buckley thing and is much more light hearted. There’s light hearted banter and ruining threads for everyone else. I will of course take your opinion on board, but ultimately, I’ll police specific topics if I think they’re to the detriment of the website on the whole. I’ve done it before, I once made it so that every time @VinjayMCsaid the words “Jack Walker Trust” it was changed to “COME ON CITY!”. PS - I noticed at the last game you sit around 4 rows back from me in the Riverside. Come down for a beer and pie and join the unofficial BRFCS membership meet up next game! -

You can’t trigger a contract extension on a player until a certain date. I don’t know whether or not that date has happened yet, I assume not, if I was a betting man I would hazard a guess on his contract extension date being December 31st - the day before he can start talking to foreign clubs for free. It’s standard practice. As a side note, this Buckey vs. Mols stuff is verging into trolling territory now, it’s boring for the rest of us and if @K-Hodlets me, I’m going to start treating it as such. But I might just be in a bad mood. -
I was wrong. He’s really good. And a Rover. Still could put on 5-7 pounds of muscle if you ask me. But as we’ve established, I’ve no idea what I’m on about.

I disagree entirely. They’re two different full backs but I’ve just spent 45 minutes watching Nyambe pointing where he wants the ball and not receiving it. He was running into the right spaces but not getting the passes. -

Ayala is our best defender but Wharton has really looked good this season. -

I love these updates. God I hope he fires them to the World Cup.

He only seems to turn up nowadays when something is being filmed.

Summer transfer window 2021.

There’s something in this. Phil has earnt enough money in his career and is desperate to be loved. -
I’d urge everyone not to allow themselves to get wound up every time this nonsense appears. We beat him. Yes, he might be a millionaire because of what happened at Rovers. But its obvious from these interviews that he pines to be the well respected coach that he was before he stole the job from Big Sam. And that isn’t going to happen. He’s completely untouchable on these shores thanks to the fantastic work that Glen Mullan, BRAG, BRFCS and numerous others did. His only option is to work abroad at a standard he knows is terrible. Sometimes it might not feel like it, but trust me, we won. He’s desperate to work but we have retired him in his 50s. I hope he lives a long life, I hope he breaks 100, because every single day it hurts him that he’s stuck watching countdown rather than being involved in football. Enjoy retirement, Steve.

Not least this should serve as evidence to our incompetent management that Rovers attendance is and has always been price related. Despite a 7-0 midweek drubbing, at £14.60 an adult ticket we have atmosphere and bums on seats. Never again should the manager nor CEO be allowed to imply that Rovers fans attendance is reliant on success. It isn’t. It’s reliant on tickets being affordable and price relevant for the local population. GOAAAALL
