You don't get down to Ewood Park much then I gather?
Not since venkys took over

We don't hear from you often, but when we do its invariably stuff like this. I can't make sense of it. Whether £22.5 is decent money or not can only be seen by supporters as a good deal if its reinvested in the squad and we move rapidly up the table.
That's not going to happen, its never happened and we've lost a key member of our squad.
Stop defending these bastards. They paying you or something?
He's probably one of the Facebook crew

Hope the USA lad falls through. So happy clappers can't say it's been a great window

I gave zero excitement regarding rovers nowadays. I barely know when they're playing. My mum and I used to love going rovers but i refused to go again once venkys showed their colours. Those bastards took that from me. She's dead now and I can't ever get that back

He means 10 million in total including loan fees etc on an unproven player

It's such a scattergun approach to signing players with rovers. It's obvious no real planning has gone into recruitment. A loan deal for a Liverpool reserve, a loan deal for two Brighton players. A loan deal for an mls player. The scouting clearly isn't up to much. Properly run clubs scout all over the world for hidden gems. Rovers just go cap in hand

If he's shit and the loan ends in the summer, we're back to square one with no decent forward. By then those cnuts in pune will have swallowed up the Wharton money

You lot really are a bunch of miserable bastards.
Loan to buy makes more sense anyway as we aren’t spunking £4mil on a unproven MLS striker. So rather than moaning be happy the deals back on!!
I'd be happy if we actually spent some money for once

Rovers transfer policy. Get as many loan players In as possible then start all over again next season. Then they can make excuses that they are having to start from scratch. No long term building just blinkered short sightedness

He’ll be on wages 1/5 Gally so easier to push Gally out and continue to cut the wage bill
If he's Gallagher's replacement fair enough

How are you in a position to regard him as "bang average" ?
Because his stats in a tinpot league are hardly impressive and the fact that only us and Sheffield Wednesday were in for him Says everything

Why are we wasting money on a bang average striker from the mls anyway? Will he be any better than Gallagher doubt it.

Good. I know some might find it hard to understand and perhaps I’m talking bollox, but the less money they’re putting in, the less we’re relying on them, the closer we are to never hearing about the clowns in Pune ever again.
Agree on that

You mean wages above revenue. A wage is still spending money on players.
They’ve put nearly 10x the amount they bought the club for.
I really hate this ownership, but it confuses me as to why people don’t just stick to “factual” reasons to berate them such as;
1. Absence / ignorance of importance of quality leadership above the team and coaching staff
2. Lack of a genuine long term plan communicated with fans
3. Prices which contribute to a 1/2 empty ground every week
4. Using non football experienced “directors” in shadows or as a go between, to stick oars in on family whims.
There are hundreds of these with evidence to rationalise too, but we’re never going to help our argument through making stuff up about taking money out, black holes or mythical running costs.
But they're using the money from an academy that jack built to pay off debts and bills. They're not using their own money

McGuire deal off.
Big surprise. We tried but couldn't get the deal over the line bollocks. We'll keep our powder dry till the summer

Rather spend no money. Venkys do a runner with the Wharton cash and they fuck off out our club for good

Couldn't. Give. A. Toss.
-
Venkys have fuck all rights to the Wharton money. It was jack walker who set the academy up. I'd rather spend it all on an upgrade for his headstone than give it to those cnuts

We’ll get to Friday - ‘very clever by the club to keep our power dry, this season is over anyway, we can now properly invest in the summer’.
1st September comes around - ‘Err you do know we can’t spend money, we’re skint, we’ve shit fans and there’s FFP. Thank god for Venky’s is what I say’.
That's the Facebook and let mob

Honestly couldn't give a toss about rovers anymore. The club has zero excitement factor

I'm actually at the point again like I was under Mowbray where I hope rovers get beat so we'll go down and venkys eff off. Unlike Mowbray I like jdt. Just pissed off with the whole club. I really couldn't give a toss anymore. Rovers have been flat lining for the past 10 years and those cnuts have refused to defibrillate the club
