If he is happy with the 2 keepers then he hasnt been watching properly. That being said, with both signing contracts this year and the Wharton funds disappearing, he may have to pretend he is.

Pears nearly made a mistake with the Aribo header, failed to push it over and luckily avoided it rebounding off him into the net.

Also having proper pricing structures to get fans who don't a season ticket for various reasons into Ewood Park more regular and grow the fanbase.

Also having a CEO and board of directors who understand the local fanbase and the local economic situation for working people in the area. Having a good commercial director or manager who help the situation.

I have suggested in the past a sensible pricing for STH and match day prices focusing on filling Ewood Park and growing the fanbase

Did a stadium tour with my Grandson during Mowbray's last few months, the overriding impression was that all the emphasis is basically on keeping our head above water.

A conversation with SW personal secretary whilst a generalisation was, as above.

There was a distinct air of acceptance of our position.

Fast forward to today, a truly horrendous off the field scenario, failed transfers, friction behind the scenes, a DOF living in a statistics generated Utopia, a CEO despised for a complete lack of foresight and imagination.

The decks need to be cleared. fresh ideas. fresh faces, a new direction, come on Venky's.

When his football worked it was lovely to watch, some of the best I've seen Rovers play, But dear oh dear, he hadn't a clue how to set us up to do the hard yards, the backs to the wall stuff that you need when things aren't going well.

His comments on previews of upcoming teams, "chaos football" " shoot from distance" "play for second balls" as if this is alien to Championship football. This is exactly what is required now.

New update still not sorted, access to tickets requires constantly signing in.

My Rover account not accessible from within the Rovers website, have to log out and access from browser.

Cannot manage my account which an early tweet from Rovers suggested would help.

You couldn't make it up. SHAMBLES.

Rovers announce new update completed, my situation is now worse than this morning. Unable to access My Rovers account, and Roverstore inaccessible, although can access Tickets online which are same account.

During the summer I wrote a message on here about the delivery of items I ordered from the Roverstore and they didn’t send next day delivery, as expected. They offered an apology and said, they would give me autographs of some players for my young nephew and niece as an apology. When I phone up about a week later, they refused to send them, saying Rovers won’t offer that ‘goodwill’ gesture anymore. Nice I thought.

Guess what, once again I ordered from the store on Sunday, ready for posting out today and again the items  have t been posted next day delivery! What is it with the shop?

Good luck for Christmas and getting anything ordered and delivered, folks!

The club is lazy from top to bottom, seems no one  can be bothered to do the simplest of getting things done.

it’s so frustrating dealing with Rovers on various levels…

Rovers get compensation from Sky for this to offset reduced sales as a result of changes. If they want people to turn up to watch they need to divert some of that into prices, and that's not just odd bundles or promotions, it is a comprehensive, well thought out, competitive season ticket deal.

Don't hold your breath, well thought out and imaginative isn't in Waggott's  remit.

Went to this game with an Oldham-supporting friend of my dad's. Free tickets sat in the front of the stand (Ford Stand?) opposite the main stand. Luckily surrounded by forgiving Latics fans!! Just realised that was the 5-0 in 1979, Was on the away end for the Boxing Day match.

. If we are successful in our appeal and have missed out on his services for such games through no fault of our own I'd hope Rovers were assessing chances of compensation.

Perhaps that is what is holding everything up, if EFL cocked up. Mindful that Forest may have a case for paying O'brien's wages when not "officially" their player.

I have a memory that a while back - I think in the later prem years - we were linked with a youngster from a relatively obscure league. Someone on here edited his Wikipedia page to claim that he was the Bulgarian (or whatever, I forget where he was from) u21 100m record holder, with a time so stupidly Usain Bolt good that it should have been an obvious hoax. The next day actual newspapers went with 'rovers chase Bulgarian speed merchant' as a story.

    Domachevski , my memory recalls.

Could Håkon Evjen be the midfielder that was being looked at today? He was a player of interest during the summer if I remember correctly. He came on as a sub today in the game between AZ and Vitesse.

Doesn't directly qualify on points system for work permit, would have to go to exceptions panel.

Where are the funds coming from to create this identity?  You can’t make a silk purse out of a sows ear.

Posters are talking about a Nelson, Savage or Todd? Who was it that said it’s not 1995 anymore? It’s not 2005 either.

Have no expectations, support the manager and players right now, see what happens.

It would appear that the identity that Tomasson wants does not suit the playing squad at present.

Rather than playing to our strengths he's stubbornly sticking to  a perceive style that many cannot achieve.

If an influx of players suited to this style do not arrive, then results will drop, which will not be conducive to adding value to younger players.
