Are we talking about the original B movie or the B movie remake of the B movie?
Should check out Aligator while you are at it.
I watched Jaws 3 the other day, words cannot describe how bad the effects are in the last scene of that film.
But I was talking about the B movie remake of the B movie with added DD's.
-
I thought it was good fun, as you say turn off the old brain, sit back and enjoy, good b movie type film.

I was trying to drown myself in coke to alleviate my suffering.
The polar bear kind or scarface style?
Watched gangs of new York on channel 4 last night seen it before but what a bloody good film, Daniel Day Lewis owns the part of butcher bill. Also added a few Will Ferrel Blurays to my collection (stepbrothers, anchorman, old school and elf) he's very love or hate and suffered from over exposure but those 4 films crack me up everytime.
I also got the first 3 Pirates of the Carribean on bluray with my disney movie reward points so going to try and watch those at some point.

I have had to turn the 3d right down on zelda, I keep getting a double vision type effect on it.
Still even in 2d its amazing and is pretty much the reason I bought the system, as soon as I heard the ocarina again on the advert I was sold.
Loved it back in the day and love it now.
Just ordered PES for the 3ds should be interesting

Theno a few of my mates got the leg of lamb one time. It was good but not amazing in my opinion, much preffered the curries

I know it's been mentioned on here a couple of times before but me and the Mrs tried La Salsa in Darren last night for the first time. Excellent! As much as you can eat tapas dishes for £14.95 (think it's £9.95 Mon to Thurs) and we managed a cool 16 between us. I'm sure that can be bettered though! There's 44 tapas dishes on the menu. Mrs CLB had a glass of wine, I had two pints of Estrella (on tap) and we bumped the overall bill up by having two sweets & two coffees, one a Baileys. £53 the lot.
The place was very busy with most of the tables being taken, upstairs and down, which created a good atmosphere. Could just do with a few more Spanish style paintings etc on the walls upstairs to give it an authentic feel. Will definitely go back soon.
My experience there wasn't as good as most peoples, but we went on a Saturday with a group of us, the first round of tapas was really nice but then every round afterwards seemed to get smaller and not as good as the last.
It didn't help that they had obviously over booked and the party who were next at our table were basically stood next to our table waiting for it

We really enjoyed Naga, they've done the place up really nice as well. Came to about £44 all in with 2 starters, 2 mains plus rice, chips and 2 naans, a beer, a wine and a baileys so about average price, maybe top end compared to the Darwen ones.
-
I've enjoyed it so far but find little time for games at the minute so only a few hours in
I did get a 3ds for my birthday though which seems a nice enough bit of kit
Also I picked up Enslaved for £8 or so and really impressed with the opening couple of levels, very polished

Not going till tomorrow pal will let you know

I've just signed up for http://www.icheckmovies.com (username TCO) just trying to get round to actually filling out what movies I've seen now though!
-
Ok but if you do you'll have to buy my wife a drink it is her birthday
Funny enough I bumped into you last time I went Sukhis as well
-
Congrats to master gumboots.
We are trying Naga at Abbey village on Friday, will report back on findings

I watched [Rec]2, the atmosphere in those films are so tense, the first is scarier but I thought the sequel was a worthwhile addition, I think they are made scarier due to the fact you have to concentrate to read the subtitles.
Suprisingly I've never seen Rango, will add it to the list though.
-
The animated short before Cars 2 is menna be really good though!
The Toy Story one?
Apparently people are impressed with the trailer for Brave but it's only attached to the 3D showings.
I'm really excited about Disneys 'Wreck it Ralph':
The film tells the story of Wreck-It Ralph (John C Reilly), an arcade game Bad Guy, who is determined to prove he can be a Good Guy
-
Pixars run is over. Cars 2 currently at 33% on Rotten Tomatoes.
The original is widely considered their worst film up to now but it's a monster merch seller ($10 billions worth) so you can hardly blame them for making a sequel.
Ah well Brave is out next year and looks awesome.

Well I know a good curry and I've had some there in the past not been for a bit though that and Bukharra are some of the best around IMO.
Shaajan could be awful and still be packed though with the Bulls head crowd.
Got a birthday coming up and was tempted by Bukharra but will probably plump for Sukhis followed by a couple in Darwen

He's back in hospital tom
Damn didn't want to hear that.
He's a top guy, I worked there as a kid and he was great to work for.
-
Went to The Auberge again...as good as ever.
Glad to hear it, was gutted to hear Gareth (owner / head chef /top bloke) suffered a bad stroke recently, hope he's back in the kitchen soon.
Think I'll go soon (on the early bird menu of course)

For takeaways
Pizza - Balti House, is pretty good but pricey
Kebab - Balti House or Omars in Accrington
Curry - Akash or Shah Joli
Chinese - I don't bother really they are all very similar on the whole
To eat in:
Italian - Nuraghes and La Scala are both great
Indian - Out of all the ones in Blackburn / Darwen I have tried Shajan is still my favourite
English gastro pub food - I enjoy the three fishes / Clog and Billy
Chains / quick service - Nandos is decent and I like the Chiquitos lunch menu. Also Pizza hut do brilliant offer between 3 and 5, a (roughly) 9 inch pizza, side or garlic bread, salad bar and a soft drink for £5.
-
Went to Mangiamos in Darwen recently, half price pizza and pasta every Tuesday and Wednesday when you buy a starter, avoid the beer and wine and two people can walk away full for under £20.
Its certainly not San Carlos standard, buts its much better than Algheros for me.
Was told about the food hygiene standards yesterday and anyone who visits Borrocos in Edgerton should take a look before the next visit
Gav, I've mentioned it before but La Scala on Longsight Road is well worth a visit on a Monday night, £3.95 for any Pizza / Pasta dish and the quality is pretty impresive IMO.

Edit and as I say that I look at the above link and see it down as a 1

Disgusting he was never inducted into the hall of fame whilst alive. I will never forget his matchup against the dragon. I so wish the rumour that he took Stephanie McMahons virginity is true. Whay a legend! Who can forget his rap against Hogan aswell. Be a man!!!
I'd rather those rumours weren't true as she was meant to be about 13 at the time!

I have only played an hour or so of LA Noire and I like it but I was hoping for more of a Free Roam experience, ie go to the cop shop when wanting a new case.
I raise a glass to rockstar though for actually having a colour manual and the badge pursuit challenge negatives are a great idea.

Not quite dude although Regal likes to be billed from Blackpool due to him wrestling on the pleasure beach in his youth he is originally from Doncaster or Darlington (I forget which)
-
No way Benoit should ever go into the HoF, Vince did the right thing by saying he'll never be mentioned again.
'The Wrestler' is a superb film for fans of the business especially but for anyone really.
Nice to see Wade Barrett doing well in WWE, Preston lad.

I watched Event Horizon for the first time last week, enjoyed it although the effects are a little distracting.
It looked like the director had just discovered CGI and was keen to show it off in parts
