  1. I don’t know about no doubt man. A chance maybe but if I was in the Premiership I think I would be looking for better players than Harrison, no offense to the lad.
  2. I actually thought the article was quite good, calling for continuity. Mowbray has a similar budget to last year which is perfectly fine, 8-10m we have a chance to add a few key players and aim to challenge for top 6. The bed wetting needs to stop on here. As a Hibs fan, love McGeouch but he is not what we are looking for, injury prone and lacks athleticism for me. Fantastic passer of the ball though. Not up to Championship standard in my opinion, should head back up to Hibs or Aberdeen. Wasn't first choice in League 1. Shame about Jacob Murphy, but I'm sure he ends up in the Championship somewhere. Right age, position etc, Surplus to requirements with the new sheik. Next name up for Right Wing is Oliver Burke from West Brom, had a mixed time on loan with Celtic, but there were a few games I saw where he was unplayable. Right age for resell. Don't know if he is available or not. ----------------New--------------- Nyambe New Lenihan New --------------Travis New------- ----------New Dack Rothwell ------------------New------------- I would target 6 new players this summer, with only a few leaving. Need new GK to challenge Raya Need New Dominant Centre Half Need New Starting Left Back, although I like Bell more than most on here. Fine at RB, with Travis able to cover, Bennett wont be going anywhere, JRC able to play there too. Get Travis a proper quality athletic partner at Centre Midfield Need a goal threat on the Right Wing, more of an inside forward, Brereton has been tried here to poor results, but I understand why. New target man needed desperately. We have enough depth in the squad and enough quality youngsters coming through the 6 new players need to be good enough to go straight into the starting eleven. Joe Hart GK (1m Loan Supplement) Them - I don't know how it would work but a season long loan makes sense. Jake Cooper CB (4m) Millwall Jonas Knudson LB (Free) Ipswich Harrison Reed CM (3m) Southampton Oliver Burke RW (Loan) West Brom Charlie Austin ST (1m, 1m wage supplement) Southampton There is 10m right there, and a team good enough to challenge for top 6.
  3. Looks like Jacob Murphy’s name has just came up on twitter. Mentioned him back on May 4th, he destroyed us in the replay at Ewood. Would fit in nice with Rothwell and Dack in the three behind. This one has legs.
  4. I would have Charlie Austin as our number one target this summer.
  5. We have Rothwell, and you can bloody write his name in black permanent marker on the team sheet, playing Left wing day one, you then have Chapman who’s natural position for me is left wing, and if not then you have Armstrong who is dangerous coming in off the left and shooting also and played there numerous times last year. I fail to see why we are bringing in 35 year old wingers? Striker, Right Wing, Centre Mid, Centre Back and GK are all much bigger needs. Disclaimer: He is significantly better than Conway and his set pieces would be useful.
  6. Not at all excited by Sam Gallagher. Spend the money on a bloody centre half
  7. Yeah I agree with this. 5-6m in transfer budget, and 50k a week in space in Wages roughly before any sales. Need 6 players for me, GK, CD, LB, CM, RW, ST Fine with loans and Free Agent Market looks decent. We have enough young talent on the books, so would be looking for a bit of big game experience.
  8. No thanks to Sam Gallagher, at 5m that’s mental. Much prefer the look of the Samdou fella from Everton. Maher from AZ would be a sensational signing and offers something different to what we have in midfield. Samdou Maher Rodwell resigned New ugly Centre Half New GK Dont expect much more than that, spend whatever money we have on a centre half, Jake Cooper being the top target for me.
  9. Sigurdsson was what 40m, same kinda game, goalscoring AMC, not the quickest. Half the price and English, yeah I could see Everton taking him.
  10. Smallwood out and resigning Rodwell for another year would be ideal. I don't want Conway back and with Chappers and Rothwell the first two options on left wing I don't know where he fits in.
  11. If this in fact true then it really makes even less sense why we didn't blood in more youngsters in the last meaningless four fixtures.
  12. Meh, I would be disappointed with that calibre of player to be honest. Powell would have been fun to have though
  13. Football Manager 19, who have real researchers, have Patrick Bauer earning 7k a week, talk of 40k-50k is nonsense.
  14. Dack is Mowbray's Equity, when applying for the new loan. Pleased he was also keen to point out that Rothwell is also worth a fortune.
  15. We need a rumour on here desperately
  16. Would be absolute lunacy to give Conway another contract.
  17. Yeah I’d be listening for 4m plus 10% sell on clause.
  18. Yeah for decent money id sell him, thoroughly shocking in the air and makes too many errors. Better keepers out there, experience is so important for a keeper.
  19. You must be joking. You don't know if Rothwell is good enough for a starting place in the Rovers side next year?
  20. Nicko still suggesting Joe Hart to Rovers
  21. Couldn’t get near him that day. Class above. Exactly the type of player that we need in next Travis.
  22. Williams - Our best player the last 6 games of the season. Has shown he is capable as 3/4th choice Centre Back, agree with everyone else, times up. I also don't want the promising youngsters frozen out by sheer dross. Bennett would be the first one out the door, closely followed by Smallwood, dreadful footballers for this league.
  23. I will be sick if Conway gets another deal.
  24. That’s a lot of money for a handful of decent performances to be honest. Cupboard is bare though.
