It's not long ago he was on about trying to use the promotion bounce. All this season he's gone on about the transition to a possession team. Now it's a young vibrant exciting team on the front foot. If there is one thing we've learned about Tony it's he's a nice humble football anorak. If there's another it's he doesn't know which way the wind is blowing from one day to the next ?

If he got a similar wage budget to last season ( which i cannot forsee ) but we had to sacrifice Downing & Graham for an extra year in order to pay Hart how would people feel about that ? Good move or not ?

But what we do have to do is when we find ourselves in a good position with games ticking down is have a bloody good go at it on the front foot. For a club like us it's all going to be about staying around midtable and getting a winning run going at the right time. We aren't capable of running away with a top 2 spot but we are capable of a late charge into the top 6. The mentality needs to be right for that though, it isn't imo.
