I think it's also fair to say that had he ever got to grips with setting up the midfield and defence and bolstering them correctly during a near 3 year reign with over 30 players signed then, when bad luck does strike we can still come out of some games with a point or something. Keep conceding first just shows he's never created that platform for us to play from. He's kept faith with Hanley and Duffy again who underperformed so badly together last season . Despite them playing quite well individually this season the signs are still there that they just don't work well together. Both have been at fault numerous times for goals against this season already, it's repeat things like this as well as his rotation and the Lowe situation that show he'll never get to grips with job.

Correct, they could have done most of those points at ANY time in the last few years and anyone with any genuine Rovers connections would advise similar to those points. It could all have been turned around and still not cost them anymore than it has. I just hope their interest has now really reached the end, they are sick of it and just quietly exit at the end of the season. I think they just might but the final act could be us relegated.

No probs, totally agree with your last point as I'm absolutely convinced that IF we went down under this lot it's curtains. We'd follow the Lutons etc of this world. If we went down because they bailed and maybe admin brought someone with a damage limitation plan we'd probably establish ourselves in league 1 / 2 for a while. With these lot we are goners the downward trend has been in action since they walked through the door and there is no reason whatsoever to believe it would change.

You can't say that changing manager won't make a blind bit of difference of course it can and it's been proven time and again in football down the years. Yes it could get worse but if we keep losing then how can it. If a new guy steps in and simply does enough to keep us up it's all that's required at this moment in time.

The one and only thing he still does appear to have is the players themselves. They bust a gut right to the end in games although usually start like a training session. The heads didn't go down yesterday but pretty soon they probably will and then there's no going back. His tactics have to take a large share of the blame imo.

Not watched it back yet but always thought he was a bit overated. The knockdown in the first Froch fight altered the entire image of him I think as it meant he was in command relatively easily. It was a great shot but very clumsy from Froch and if it wasn't for that it would have been much more even but probably the same result. He's a god puncher but not a world level operator and he acts like he's a devine right to hold a world title belt.

Just can't take to Groves and I think mixing in top company he'll come unstuck everytime. However he's a great chance tonight against a limited opponent and I think he'll stop him and become champ. First class gobshite away from the cameras allegedly though so I hope Degale flattens him soon.

He had the players seriously fit though. The sheer number of times they came forwards per match was unreal. I do remember discussing at the time though that later in games they were absolutely shattered and it caused us one or two probs.

Well we did get told to look forwards to the great battle for left back I suppose. The long throw tactic could be useful except they haven't got a clue what to do with it. No wonder Spurr is speaking up after being thrown back in at the expense of last seasons player of the year because of one mistake at Huddersfield. His only contribution so far has been a failure to react in one game which lead to an opposition goal and throwing the ball bullet like directly into the oppo keepers arms several times in every other. Why do some get punished for a rare mistake whilst others constantly get picked despite contributing not much ? I damn well knew he would replace Olsson with Spurr the first chance he got. They are on such an easy wicket with this guy they will all probably speak up for him in public.

We are going to struggle Rhodes or no Rhodes, he'll get his share of goals but there won't be many from anywhere else. We create nothing and struggled too last season but with our two strikers they often only needed half a sniff or a long punt. Take away JR two chances on Sat there was nothing really until the Big K came on and his where just pot shots. The question is not only who's going to score but also just who's going to create good chances ? A lot of Conways good work was tailored to Rudy. The way we came out in the 2nd half on Sat after their farce of a second spoke volumes about what's to come imo. Heads down, no urgency, looked a beaten team

I try and watch a good bit of Boxnation, a bit annoying at times but at least they sometimes give others a look in. The way Sky go all over some fighters is shameful. Groves was one before he got flattened. A good fighter but never elite level although he's likely to win a title by luck of having a very limited opponent next.

To be honest I've never rated Rose and he's done well to get some of the fights he has. No power but looks ok when he keeps behind his jab. Just another who's a good domestic/euro level fighter in reality. Good old Eddie Hearn lol

Good fight that as was the one before. Not far out with your predictions, hellish body shots. Campbell's always had the skills but I wasn't sure if he could mix it up but he proved he can tonight. He looks like a kid but he didn't mind the ruff stuff at all. Massive credit to Coyle tough tough lad. Rose did well to get through that with his hooter bust up, seems he going for the Froch look lol although I've no room to talk on that one ! Nearly messed up at the end and you wonder sometimes why these lads even have corner men when they completely ignore them.

He's never been cracked on the jaw by a real top class heavyweight so it'll be interesting to see how he reacts. I put no stock in the Chisora fight as Delboy fought like a bum. He's capable of far better than that although credit to Fury for the way he busted him up but that was probably his easiest fight.

Apparently he asked people to send him one liners on twitter and he'd use the best in the press conference. He chose 'this klit is getting licked' what a complete cretin he is.

Anyone can run their mouth off outside a ring and there's plenty who do. Take a look at Shannon Briggs, absolute nutter. Fury is a comedy act he's done nothing of note in the ring yet. You can respect 'character' when it's backed up by deeds. I do think he has a chance with his awkward style and maybe Wlad is starting to go backwards. If he brings his A game though it could be over quickly. Fury doesn't seem the most mentally together person and when it comes to the night and he realises what he's faced with in the ring and the hostile crowd I reckon he could fall apart.
