  1. Appalling statement - one of the worst I've seen on here in years.
  2. No, very true. I keeping repeating them because theno is hard of learning.
  3. His wages are irrelevant; the last sentence is your opinion and there are plenty of people who think the team is better with him in it and he has alot more to contribute. You're like a broken record stuck at 78rpm.
  4. Pedersen has had some poor games this season and he's had some very good games - no different to any other player in fact. You need to change your tune - you've made your point and you're getting boring. .
  5. Thank you chaddy. First time you've posted something worthwhile. Tyrone's talking through his ringpiece when it comes to Pedersen.
  6. Cheating is a strong word to use in professional sport and for Holloway to accuse us of "cheating" because of a push in the back is bang out of order. Players push and shove each other all over the place during the course of a match. Bowyer should make a statement defending his players and putting Holloway in his place - good follow-up story for the LET on Monday if they had any nous.
  7. You need to change your record. Pedersen made a big difference yesterday and still has a contribution to make. There's a whole bunch of players I'd kick out out of the club before him and I hope he stays with us to the end of his career.
  8. .......and will happen too unless there are big changes. Squad and management need an overhaul and significant sum of money spent.
  9. Looking forward to it too - as long as England play to their capabilities and win of course. Not looking forward to the dreaded news in June that Rovers have started pre-season training. Used to love football but this Indian lot have killed it.
  10. Slept somewhat better last night and hopefully can forget about football until the nightmare starts again in August. Roll on the summer and our glorious boys in white making the convicts chase the ball all over the cricket field.
  11. Three points would give us some breathing space and let me sleep better at night. This is Rovers though so it's bound to be a draw at best.
  12. You mean you didn't like The Stylistics and George McRae ??? Back to comp Brothers in Arms - Dire Straits
  13. Back to Black - Amy Winehouse
  14. Beautiful article by Jim Wilkinson, poignant and well written. How do players cope when they cannot play anymore, the adulation stops and no one wants to know them ? Chris Thompson was a fine player for Rovers and he always be remembered by those who watched him play.
  15. Used to see him having a kickabout at Pleasington on Sunday mornings the day after a Rovers match ! What's the Story Morning Glory - Oasis
  16. Mighty Quinn- Manfred Mann cover version Don Martin - Ewood Park faithful 1966 - 71 (approx)
  17. Bye Bye Baby - Bay City Rollers
  18. Why couldn't he get himself that fit when he was a so-called professional cricketer ? Great player for a very short period but if he'd looked after his body better instead of boozing and overeating he might still be wearing the red rose of Lancashire and England and indulging in his favourite occupation of smashing Australian bowlers all over the cricket field instead of making a fool of himself in the boxing ring. .
  19. My Way - Frank Sinatra (and others)
  20. Knock Three Times - Tony Orlando
  21. Johnny Be Goode - Chuck Berry
