Plenty of Rovers seats available - we nabbed some today. Pay on the gate seems almost a thing of the past now, which is a shame, because it prevents you making late decisions to attend. It's almost as if they're trying to keep fans away -

Our last trip to Leicester was the FA Cup victory under Tomasson - a brilliant night. I'd take that result again. It's an early start and with the dire form (despite last weekend's aberration) I'm not sure we can summon up the enthusiasm. If it's pay on the gate it'll be a late decision -

Rovers are a poor side so goodness knows how bad Southampton must be. Why some of our fans are concerned for them and their manager only they know. I couldn't care less A totally unexpected comeback win and a very welcome 3 points have to be celebrated but doesn't alter the fact we are desperately short of he quality on and off the pitch needed to stay in this division -

We have a poor manager and a poorer squad. Please stop denying the bleedin’ obvious -

Not another match day. I can’t stand the agony and the hopelessness It shouldn’t be like this -
Valérien Ismaël: Blackburn Rovers Head Coach

Sorry, not the intention, but it's the same thing I suppose it's not new - Fergie banned reporters all the time if he didn't like difficult or what he felt were unfair questions but the difference is after he had calmed down he always rang them up, apologised, and relations carried as normal - until the next bust-up of course The point I was trying to make is the Ewood hierarchy seems so sensitive to any sort of criticism that it wouldn't be a surprise if Radio Lancs receives a similar ban to the LET. Presumably Ismael only has to say the word and the brains trust above him will act. This lot don't think - how can alienating the local media help keep fans onside when the club in its current predicament needs every friend and supporter it can get? -

Does this remind you of the behaviour of anyone on the other side of the Atlantic (and his counterparts here)? BBC Radio Lancashire looks like its's going to be joining the LET in the Ewood naughty corner soon -
There’s a group of us that’s been attending longer distance away games for many years - not all games by any means but picking the ones where we enjoy going or maybe a new ground where we’ve never been before. Probably 7 or 8 games a season. It’s always been a fun day out for a few old codgers, on the road or by rail, even in the worst times. We’ve been to one game this season, and I can’t see us going to another one. The feeling has gone, killed off by the constant mismanagement of the club and feeling that it is all so pointless (literally). The relegation last time was bad enough but this coming one feels terminal and one that the club will not recover from It’s sad but all good things come to an end I guess. Maybe it is old age but we’ve come to an agreement - we don’t enjoy it any more. The problem is there’s more and more of us drifting away, and the fanbase gets smaller with each passing year. The missing fans won’t be coming back - and they’re not being replaced by younger ones who probably think they’ve better things to do with their time and money than support a failing and most likely dying club

He was a dud in all his previous jobs except for a fluke season at Barnsley and he’s still a dud. As it stands he’s taking us down to league one. If the brains at Ewood care about that they’d bin him tomorrow. But we all know it’s not going to happen. The season is over RIP BRFC -

Keep saying it, years ago the fans would have been on the pitch at the final whistle demanding change. Now there’s just apathy and resignation -

Do you believe that? Sacking him would be an admission of their own failure - and this lot don't think they do anything wrong. -
The squad had relegation written all over it from the start but even so results and performances have been shocking and even worse than expected. You cannot sell experienced Championship players and replace them with young unknowns from abroad and hope it will work out for the best. It just doesn't work - and neither does hiring a manager with a record of failure Is it by design? Who knows. Gestede and his sidekick need to be quizzed hard if / when they ever deign to meet with fans groups again On another note how significant are those potentially lost 3 points against Ipswich going to be at the end of the season? You also wonder whether that decision has knocked the stuffing out of the players. It shouldn't but Rovers have been abysmal ever since then I don't hold out any hope against Sheffield United and think they will beat us easily.

Ismael lasted barely an average of 7 months at all his previous clubs before being booted out He”s now been with us about 8 months or so (?) so he’s already overdue another sacking. He may not be the whole problem at the club but it must be obvious he’s going to get us relegated. The man’s a dud. And he’s here for over 3 years, which should be plenty of time. to take us down to league 2. the only hope is that he resigns out of shame -
They're all "fookin massive" when you're fighting relegation
