One of the main reasons I don't go the odd few games anymore.
To be honest I tried the JW lower and it was good, but then they started moving the away fans across and upstairs which killed the atmosphere. I will miss around half the home games due to work but still bought season tickets. This year we have not renewed had we still been in DE or near away fans I would probably have still renewed.
-
One of the contributing factor to some no longer going. The DE liked to be near the away fans, so the club close the DE to home fans and move away fans to other side of lower tier or top tier simply to appease Caley and his useless mob.

If this doesn't prove we need a third kit then nothing will.
we are having a 3rd kit, deliberate choice of 2nd kit to justify a 3rd

I dont get the pattern though, whats it for, proper random? Not fussed as i aint bought a shirt for over 10 years , so just interested/bewildered by it.
It looks like pieces of the umbro logo

Said a few weeks ago it was Grey with Green trim, but jesus didn't expect anything that bad.... In better news next season is back to red and black.

The match day prices are a scandal. I get the 1875 membership and it can be argued it's a way of charging away fans more (Leeds and Sheff W £40) but in doing so we just become part of the problem. Just wait until the other teams in the Championship catch on....... £40 for away fans will be the norm.

Still have a feeling in years to come we will look back and wonder why we sold him so cheaply and so young. I have thought for a while now that once he matures and improves his control of the box and decision making he will move onto a upper mid table La Ligua team.

Personally I really like this years kit, let’s be honest though it’s a very safe and easy design, take something away one year then bring it back the year after and it’s an easy win, EA often do that sort of thing with FIFA games!
Had it had a red collar it would have been amongst my favourites
I’ll pick it up if I can get a sponsor less one otherwise I’ll stick with the near perfect 2011 shirt even if it is synonymous with a terrible time
How do you get a sponsorless one?

Early doors yet, but as it stands now id expect another season of runs of good and bad results filling us with hope and despair, finishing around 14th - 18th.

Have we changed finance companies?
I've always thought the club should work with a credit union as this could help some sections of support. Tried to get this going with Rovers Trust but sadly it came to nothing.
Im sure Jubilee Tower CU in Darwen would welcome this, they're a great local based Credit Union..... I will email Mr Waggot on this idea

That's purely a commercial decision. Why would a company advance cash to someone deemed a bad risk? I'm certain I wouldn't and see no reason why the club or finance company should.
These are supporters who have previously able to buy on finance, it may be a commercial decision but is still disappointing as it means the club will sell less tickets.
-
More disappointing that so many this year have been turned down for credit.
-
It seems club policy recently to maintain low levels of excitement about anything Rovers.

But what would be the connection to the Rovers?
None, but we had a green ish away kit with Zebra sponsor
-
Grey with a green collar and cuff would be different for the away kit.

I think hunger is his problem tbh.
If Dack had a real hunger and burning desire to play in the Prem he would be pushing for a move away from Ewood right now either to a top Championship Club or mid to lower Prem club....
Another season with us then he will be off in my opinion. If and when he does go, I'd wish him luck, he has been great for us. -
From what Waggot was saying a while ago, he wanted a better deal for the club than we had with Northcote. Presumably Sodexo have signed a contract that is more in favour of the club than the caterer's... every little helps

Sadly giving season tickets a miss this year, a combination of work, constant changes of kick off dates and times meant we missed 10 or more games last season.. I just don't think its worth it for us.

It really is nothing short of rank incompetence that we are about to enter May without even a sniff of season ticket prices or details. Half arsed approach by half arsed owners and administrators. And then they will wonder why we sell less than this season which we will.

And next season without momentum?
I'd say we MUST progress again next season aim for top 8 with a minimum of top 10, a fine margin but we can't afford to tread water for years in this league.
-
At the start of the season I predicted (maybe on here somewhere) that we would make a flying start with the momentum of last season before tailing off to finish around 14th in the league, this looks as though it could be pretty much how it happens. Unfortunately the flying start lasted longer and the tailing off was sudden and dramatic which has seen many myself included questioning Mowbrays suitability. However had the results panned out more evenly with no long run of either good or bad results I would have been happy this season to finish around 14th.
So for me its stay- 2

Make of this what you will.
I've just been told that the club had planned an "early bird" deal that would have seen season tickets on sale by easter weekend, but because Zebra Finance have just gone bust they have had to abandon them plans and delay it.
Easter weekend is still late, but zebra having problems should have no bearing on tickets being put on sale- 1

The Club as we know it, will die at some point and it will be down to Venky's and their corrupt cohorts, make no mistake. The figures have been unbelievable for a good few years now. They set the rot into the club and it's now beyond repair. It is a case of when not if.

I suspect your supporting of the team, does little or nothing to add to the match day atmosphere. Believe it or not your average football fan can multi task by both singing and watching the match. And yes I enjoy the tribal aspect of being near the opposing fans, football is a tribal game our team Vs your team.
