LeChuck Posted July 30, 2009 Posted July 30, 2009 They'll have a name though, usually just a collection of numbers and letters like 'KB67715'. When I've had problems updating in the past I've searched for the names of the updates and downloaded the .exe files and installed them manually. It's worth a try anyway.
