BBC Birmingham are saying we havnt made a bid yet.

Still confusing, But most think it's more or less a done deal.

The other fella from the LT tweeted about an hour ago that the Slew deal had finally been ratified by the FA. Huge backlog of last-hour deals getting cleared.
