I'm not too sure, surely proper owners would be doing the bare minimum to keep the lights on whilst making sure that any fans who have not been driven away by a decade and a half of deterioration & mismanagement are squeezed for every possible penny so that the club can "wash its own face"

And ensure that their fans can't obtain tickets to attend the team's matches.
