  1. First off  well done to those behind this and made it happen...  excellent job.

As for the club  statement .. was as  expected... lies and more lies

Just shows what a  shitshow of a circus  they have created  - the disdain and contempt rings out very clear from their hollow syntax.

For me its stay away forever

    CHICKEN  PLUCKER FOOKERS OUT!!

  2. For me its the Plymouth result that will be the deciding factor

Expect Big club to win  /Weds to draw or win/ Plymouth ?????

As for ours  .. could go either way either an absolute tonking or a nicked win  - doesn't wash for me about Leicester not being fussed - full house  /have picked up form again / are deserved Champions/fans will be in party mode and loud  and the stadium has decent acoustics - our lot couldn't cope with 7k Weds fans never mind 30k Leicester fans ( this is diff to Leeds as Leics will not have any pressure or nervous fans baying for blood)

It will be depressing either way as we know what will become next season regardless  (including losing  Szmodics) , without the required change

    GOONS FROM PUNE OUT!!!

I wish that throughout the entire club from CEO to fans, we would stop blaming someone else, and try to find a workable answer to our on-field problems.

Which will never  happen with all the shenanigans happening  off it and  the imbeciles running it ... come on folks  finally wake up and smell the coffee for christ sakes!!

rinse repeat rinse repeat.. nothing changes

We are a club no more….we are a vehicle for our owners to manipulate to their ends.
…..and what’s worse is …we , the true supporters, have sleep walked into this .

We haven't been since the malarkey began  with the goons in Pune

I've said it before ... some of us didn't and tried years ago  ago and made big decisions.thereafter..

not a fan of JDT 's  way of play, feel sorry for him non the less with the circus above him but also feel  he gave up a a few months ago of really caring and has been/is  waiting for a payoff

Why is anybody surprised - Go back ten years  or even longer on this  board and every 12 months  onwards and  you will find  similar post /feelings etc 'its just rinse repeat every season despite  any of the managers we have had in .. nothing changes even for the players  - the early spirit goes and they get dragged down  into the malaise   -its it any wonder we see the way players seem to lose form/interest or even care!!

Might sound dark but as many of us realised many moons ago ...  ahem.. cough .. the club has  cancer within  which could prove to be terminal but remove it and we stand a fighting chance of recovery to be back in to a good level of health .

I just don't get how after all this time and what has happened 'rinse repeat' that  there is still a large % who cannot see it

Its a 'blues' as in colour and conversely happiness 47er, but you know that already!!!! And yes we are happy tonight!

Don't try and make sense of football chants!

For years before matches in the early 80's we sang 'We are the Rovers, We are the Champions'....'We are the Rovers, Champions of Europe'....normally before losing at home to Swindon, or Port Vale, or Oxford. Real Madrid weren't panicking, but we kept singing it.

Indeed ... " Oh you'll never go to heaven..  in a biscuit tin.."

He's not going to say "same old shit squad" "more of the same" is he?

Of course they'll get worse, why would you think they'd get better after what we've witnessed before? We did the same last season, and the season before that but we keep spending less money season after season.

If they don't invest in this window we'll plummet. If he manages to keep the team in the top half without decent investment then JDT's a genius.

his words though about after the wc ...the way this league is at the moment, doesnt seem to be that difficult as we have seen - don't see Luton as having had big investment,,,😉

Yes but he's been here for 7 months (I think) whereas the man before him had five years and left us with an unbalanced and thin squad. And it's also down to Gregg Broughton who has a lot to prove if he's in charge of supplying quality footballers for the manager to work with (never been a fan of that model personally).

I get frustrated with JDT, the team he put out against Burnley was unfathomable, but the squad isn't great and the over reliance of inexperienced players isn't helping too.

I just don't think the problems are as black and white as some.

7m or 7 days , its the manner of the performances more than anything  - we appear to getting worse rather than improving, was it jdt who said we would be a different team after the wc break ..

Brereton being out is a big miss as apart from his goals he is a handful for the opposition, even just running at them. It means they can't commit as much. Rotherham must have figured out pretty quickly our front two didn't have any chance of scoring but with Brereton there's always the chance of a worldie.

But it's not just Brereton, we're missing other players and we should have signed a few by now. At the moment it's Mowbray's team with the addition of Morton and Hyam, but minus Lenihan, Nyambe and Johnson. I don't expect anything from forwards like Gallagher and Vale, along with a midfield with two young lads, a makeshift fullback and a fullback that's not good enough. So results like today aren't a surprise to me. It's more of a surprise when we win.

agree to sone extent but we aint been seeing the brereton diaz of late only brereton and questionable if at all  this season since the cheshire cat rocked in ..note he has also been in the other atrocities this srason has he not so it sort of moots your point

Yep, let's disregard the top scorer being out. Who'd miss that?

We have a shit squad and we're lucky to be where we are. It won't change till Venkys put their hands in their pockets and Gregg Broughton stops the talk and delivers.

not disregarding  the factor of  Brereton being out , just saying it wouldn't have made much difference today given his recent performances.. .the way the team has played other than a canary team in the doldrums  and even then we rode our luck in parts in both matches ... rinse and repeat, rinse and repeat

Agree with you on the 2nd part  but that ain't going to happen , and even if we did manage  to get anybody in, I have no confidence this manager would be able to  change things - the whole mannerism of our performances is just samey samey /rinse and repeat( and boring even in victory)

Some embarassing comments on here today. Rotherham have scored two goals the like of which they'll probably never score this season, the second was questionable. Our top scorer is out along with three other players. Our only striker is Gallagher, a player that's often overrated by fans but in reality has never been any good. We're that threadbare we're playing youth players.

If this team runs out every week we're down the bottom.

Gallagher misses, Hedges misses, Dack misses. Managers fault.

nothing embarrassing  other than the performance and the pretence of the manager (again) Its rinse repeat all the same  , regardless  of brereton being out  , who recently has not really made much of an impact either there is no drive  or leader on the pitch - Dack trys to speed things up and get the ball moving but the rest are just so pedestrian and the play is so boring and predictable .. rinse repeat.

If you get Man United or any other big club away in the FA Cup, the away side can potentially earn up to and over £1,000,000.

I'm never sure why, for a club that pleads poverty under FFP, the financial carrot of progressing in cup competitions is ignored.

+ adding into the fact  we are on a 'project' and  the apparent feeling of not giving it a big push  to go for promotion ( and the downplay by the cheshire cat)

Its all  BS really -its the cup and a one off  and all  about  what happens on the  day  which  can throw  up  all sorts of situations -just  go for it.

Any wonder fans give it the contempt  if managers and clubs don't take it seriously as well as all  teh media  and the different day fixtures
