This is the most impressed I've been with Markanday. He's been decent defensively and has kept it simple going forwards.
Could do with the penny dropping for Dolan now.

I did send a tweet to Elliott Jackson a few days ago asking if he would contact Swag regarding the BBE closure.
Mercer summed it up well, I shouldn't have to contact him to ask questions of the club. Regardless, i've not heard back from him at all.
Is he a Rovers fan?

Markanday chips in with a 5th

The Pears thing has to end now.

Composure, what we've been lacking. Great pass, good finish.

You going to start the chant off?
have you even ask LT journalist Elliott Jackson to look into this and ask him to write a story on it?
Lancs Live don't have a full time Rovers reporter anymore.
I've just sent him a tweet to ask if he could contact the club (specifically Waggott)

Wharton's been poor the majority of this half. Both him and Trav go sliding in or to the ground too often for my liking and get bypassed.

Looked offside, Mowbray booked for his protests. Superb.
Suppose it evens itself up from Saturday.

Out of interest, who are the other 6 clubs before us?

Where do you think the money will go then?
In the owners back fucking pocket like most transfer funds.

Are you able to buy tickets on the gate? Have a friend and his son interested in going.

That one certainly was his fault.
(As was the 2nd partly)

Does anyone know if he fills up one of the 4 spots for work permit exemption?

Can't believe I'm saying this but Gally dug it out his feet very well there.

That’s pretty impressive seeing as they’re complete opposites
So he's young and can be sloppy and make a poor decision here and there.
But his touch, movement and passing are very good.
Will that suffice? Captain pedantic

Gilsenan looks rough but cultured.

Someone said Barnes was going to show tonight why we didn’t need a new centre half, how has he looked?
Like we need another centre half.

We look all over the shop at the back. Wharton looks a shadow of his former self.

Wrong bloody thread...

Sounds like what we all knew - if you try and create an atmosphere and event worth spending money on, Rovers fans will turn up.
And that if the Rovers fans were the ones running the show week in week out, the product and experience would be a fuck ton better.

Absolutely should not have to be leading the line next Saturday but I think he’s going to give a good account of himself. Looking forward to seeing him develop.
At least we know he will give 100% and that's all I'll ask from our focal point for the next month (at least).
I imagine as a striker he'll take pride in JDT showing faith in him, plus the tutelage - he seems a good lad and I'm sure his family will have told him to act like a sponge whilst he's got the opportunity.

GB has a shortlist already in place as he does for positions within the off the field footballing operations
Do you know if he wrote it on A4 or A5 paper and could you also find out what colour ink he used?

So if he does go, who's on the shortlist to replace him?
Would have to be someone out of work as we've clearly run out of chickens to sell.

This seems as good a place as any to put this.
I’ve just received the following in an email from the club - how difficult would it have been to make sure ‘unmatched’ ‘fingertips’ and ‘energy’ each started and finished on the same line?
It might only be a small gripe but I think it is another example of the poor standards which run through certain parts of the club.
I am no marketing or UX expert, but that looks and reads terribly.

You can also tell Tronstad knows his position. 2 or 3 times that half he's known where to be and when, covering some of our mistakes.
Also looks confident enough with the ball at his feet, he does however look like he's running in treacle most of the time.
