  1. Personally if I'm TM I don't set any expectations on dates of when I want to buy my players by as I don't see any point in it. I'd be very interested to see how many we have bought by the time we leave for Austria. It's just my opinion of course and I still love Big T, maybe just take a minute before throwing out hysterical posts.
  2. I haven't even started yet either - his hair for example, it's boring.
  3. He gets all emotional if you criticise our Tone, I haven't taken it personally.
  4. Mowbray has had a bit of a shocker here for me, thought this when he first came out with it; signings rarely happen as quickly as expected, all he does here is get out hopes up.
  5. The fact you didn't understand his point says everything about you.
  6. Ki could definitely do a job for us, surprised he's been released tbh, though like you I haven't seen him for a while. Only 29 thought so not like his legs have gone.
  7. I can't see Mowbray letting Graham go unless the offer from Bolton is ridiculous - and do they have the money for a ridiculous offer? It appears he has the ears of the chicken botherers now so I'm sure we will do everything we can to keep him.
  8. The website is called "sportsmole", pull yourself together ffs
  9. Again - "of course", bound to happen. My point was it's a convenient time to link him with a couple of relegated Premier League clubs, and one heading up, for his agent to be able to say "look our Bradley could be playing in the Prem let's add £10k a week to that offer of yours". Cardiff; they've just gone up and will struggle to recruit the big names vs Fulham and Wolves and so would be the most likely to take a chance on lower league talent.
  10. Of course, but I still question the timing. And the clubs he is being linked with - the Cardiff angle feels well thought out agent fodder to me.
  11. Nice timing with his new contract currently being negotiated.
  12. In the games I saw him he was solid enough defensively I agree but he seemed to panic when going forward. Ran past the halfway line, then turned around or at best passed sideways. Maybe that was more to do with what was in front of him..
  13. Wouldn't be unhappy with this at all, if his form from last year continues he will struggle with the step-up to the Championship imo
  14. This won't go down well on here. You're painting Venkys in a very positive light and failing to mention what they have done to the club. In the 'grand scheme of things' they have completely f8cked us.
  15. You're right I missed the 'if' and hadn't seen they have a new owner - had a bit of a shocker in truth, apologies. I do think they'll struggle still, they just seem to do badly regardless if money is spent or they appoint a decent manager.
  16. Sunderland are perennial losers with an owner that isn't interested and a dwindling fan base. The only thing they have over us is a bigger stadium which actually i'd argue isn't a positive when it will be 20% full most weeks.
  17. Out of all of the loan players we have had this year Chapman would be the one for me, different gear.
  18. Fair point. And actually with 1 year left on his contract maybe the price will be right as well.
  19. But do we want to spend what little money we will have for transfers on a backup player?
