I've thought for years that the squad lacked the moral fibre to finish in the play offs. We've spent a lot of time properly in contention over the last few years and then bottled it at the key times, so on the face of it a squad refresh ^ clearing out the characters who haven't quite got us there isn't a bad shout. Problem is this in Venky Rovers 2025. The clear out is nowt to do with having the best interests of the club, its cost cutting and/or lining the pockets of the filthy agents still involved behind the scenes. If its work for the next few months then I'll enjoy the ride but with the full expectation that it'll fall apart after January when nothing is invested and the squad is knackered.

I see Rovers these days a bit like I see playing golf. Almost everything is shit but there are a few good bits that keep me coming back. Hopefully today is a good bit.

Mostly friends but a lot of the tine on my own. It's hard to get people from London to talk about Rovers let alone come and watch them. It's a fair point though, I don't really miss that social side as I've never really had it so its easier for me to bin it off.

Born and bred Rovers fan... and what the wretches, and the leeches they've brought into the club, have created over the last 15 years isn't Blackburn Rovers, its a pathetic husk of what we one were. So if losing brings on their demise - as they wont be fucking going anywhere if we finish mid table every fucking year for the next decade - then bring it the fuck on.

I'm convinced that Pasha's luck will finally run out this season. We've had a couple of decent managerial appointments combined with some wizardry by various iterations of our recruitment department that's meant we've over achieved in 2 of the last 3 seasons. The silly cunt thinks this means you can run a Championship club on peanuts and be successful. The only hope is that when we are eventually relegated the wretches sell, not holding my breath though.
