i think in Gallaghers defence he's one of the players whose been Mowbrayed, played out of position to much so he doesn't score wrecks his confidence then when like today he gets a chance he's got zero conviction and confidence to take it on. As for Brereton i just don't think he's very good he seems to be unable to do even the simplest of things like head a ball he's another one whose confidence is shot to bits

He'd last 2/3 months with that approach i think if we were to make a change ( we aren't ) i'd want someone more progressive with a defined style of play and identity

I think Lambert walked because he knew he wasn't up to it as has been proved in every job since, had he actually strung more than a handful of decent results together he wouldn't have walked he saw we weren't improving and walked blamed the owners.
