Gutting, it was definitely handball. It's not too damaging given other results, it's just as you were really.

How we've got on such a long winless run yet are still in the top 6 is baffling. Surely we're due a win soon.

Think it is damaging. You can't draw home games against promotion contenders and expext to finish in top 6. The ref was shocking and so was Diaz. Sadly he'll still be in the side due to Gallagher being out.

Isn’t Ayala nearly back from his mid season sabbatical? I’d be tempted to throw him up front. I wish I was joking but I’d wager he’d be a better punt than Gallagher.

Gallagher must be doing something in training that doesn't happen on match days. Got to leave him out after yesterday.

  3. Lack of movement up front was an issue but if we play around with it at the back like we do it's not surprising. Andy Bayes called it pathetic.

Gallagher is finished and Brereton.....well. Why waite 70 minutes for subs. JDT was shaking his head at full time. Anyone guess why? Maybe no time added back for their wasting time.

Still 6th though, playoff place would be good.

Norwich goal difference taking a battering here. 5-1

Blow for Norwich coming away from Boro with nothing. But with their remaining games you'd expect them to reach 70 points. Their remaining games are QPR (a), Swans (h), WBA (a) then B'pool (h).

  5. Performance today was unacceptable. Ok it happens but 6th with a minus GD isn't normal. It's almost as if JDT was experimenting even though we had better options on bench. We are that close to playoffs but he appears to "develop the team" as a priority when he should be getting us over the line.

Playing well and losing is part of the game but today is hard to swallow.

Hope dingles have been out celebrating night before we play them.

  6. Very disappointing performance. Norwich wanted it and we didn't.

Stats look pretty even but if you pass the ball around like we did in a predictable way there will be no end product. Diaz has long gone to Spain and Morton with Travis didn't work again today. Gallagher had his usual game and with his one second half chance where he should have thrown a centre forward's boot a the the ball he ends up on his ass. With Hanley off and their other centre half on a yellow we should have forced the issue but no. The predictable passing around at the back gave Norwich time to think and win the game comfortably.

I can’t tell you how excited I am to be at the game. First one for probably ten years since I moved to Jersey. Always went with my Dad and he is flying over from Bulgaria (long story!) to watch too. My mum is even making a guest appearance and I don’t think she has ever been to a game. Fingers crossed we win but what I really want is passion, effort and some solid performances.

Staying at the Millstone so guessing it’s pretty straight forward to get there.

Yeap head for the A677 then drive towards Blackburn as far as the mini roundabout at Billinge Ave. Turn right there and if you follow that road down the hill you'll arrive at Ewood in about 10 minutes.

Enjoy your stay and the game!

City said they would keep the gate open as long as needed

We were directed to a "bridge" but couldn't get through for a locked gate. I asked security if they could let us in and walk us round but after asking others they said no. One senior security chap suggested I write to the deputy mayor of Birmingham as he is close to the big club. I'll not bother, waste of time.
