If Coventry forfeit, surely all their results will be wiped out and they'll be dropped from the League?

That's why the authorities will make sure the game is played somehow even if its behind closed doors.

On second thoughts the fixture could be moved though to another date?

They can forfeit individual games, but as others have said, they could’ve also forfeited the earlier ones that got called off, so other clubs would have a lot or arguments.

Used to use isagate a lot. Going to have to resurrect that one to confuse the Cheshire folk down here.

I use this regularly living in Cheshire and my wife's family go mental as they do not get it at all.

As I pointed out above anyone who doesn't want to have the control of the official coaches can take the rail replacement bus and therefore choose when to travel.

Bus as I said, chances are, every coach/bus/minibus transiting into Burnley will still end up being escorted to their destination. I am not knocking it, it's just inevitable.

    what reason?

its a sensible footballing decision after talks with the cubs and EFL/Police. About time they allowed fans to make their own way instead of imprisoning them against their will!

No trains being available and therefore no choice really but to get on a coach/minibus, which will no doubt be escorted from the motorway junction on arrival. All they’re changing is that we don’t need to be at Ewood for 8.30AM.

I’m also certain the club will have booked out enough coaches for that full allocation too, so independently organising one will be a nightmare, too.

    Maybe someone here.

The number one target should be Mathias Normann. Was almost 100% ready for Lecce in Serie A on loan from Rostov, but Lecce decided to cancel the deal.

He is tough as nails, comes with PL experience and pop ups with the occasional goal. Would be a perfect signing on loan with option to buy.

Not that's it's really relevant, but he's doing wonders for me on my FM Villa save.

    L'amour Toujour is brilliant!

That being said, 'I gotta feelin' is a truly awful song and I still remember Ewood bouncing to it when we beat Burnley 3-2. My Burnley mate (I know!) still walks out whenever it comes on, and whenever I'm unfortunate enough to hear it somewhere I'm always sure to send him a video. Then again, they could have played any tune that day and Ewood would have obliged in song/dance!

Funnily enough, that was the main one that came to mind writing my comment! That, and Set You Free by N-Trance.
I think spontaneity’s the key though, if it just ‘happens’ it always feels better & more like it’s ours.

I'd argue it isn't even England's, Northern Ireland have been playing it for years now. Then again, they nicked it from America. I do love Simply the Best but slightly tainted by the links to Rangers (for me, and I appreciate others will disagree). That being said, Rangers playing 'I'm feeling it' sounded brilliant in their European games.

Completely agree with ‘I’m feeling it’, it sounded immense. I’d love something like that to happen naturally for us. There’s plenty of 90s dance anthems that could have the same effect, especially given Blackburn’s cultural link to the genre, but I’m Feeling It would probably feel forced.

Wolves have it similar with the Gigi D’Agostino tune L’amour Toujour, I believe it was played when they faced Espanyol away & it has since stuck.

Because we chose to defend against a one dimensional team their manager and some supporters talk about us like we are a footballing Anti-Christ. This football snobbery is more prevalent now and drives me barmy. If Martin and his delusional acolytes don't understand that winning is the most important thing they are in the wrong business.

Completely agree with the point but personally think they’re fully aware of the fact but trying to save face. They got schooled, plain and simple.
