  1. Werent the cameras in the Riverside (or above it) when they were building the JW? I know the put a temporary structure on the Nuttall Street side of the ground at some point during construction, but I am sure there was something above the Riverside.
  2. Not only will you get a ticket, but youll have your choice of seats when you get there.
  3. My understanding is that it is not a criminal offence, but is a breach of copyright. So yes, it is illegal.
  4. See my post above Aggy. If you dont like it change it, dont just hide behind a computer screen, do something about it.
  5. They dont Greggy. Do you have a link? The pricing for this looks pretty simple according to their website £15, £10, £5. ADults, Seniors, Children. Charlton dont do Student prices as a general rule do they?
  6. TND, There are many other people involved in BRISA, not just Scotty. close to 200 people have joined to date, some of them Im sure dont get along on a personal (or messageboard) level. It will never happen that way. If you dont think Scotty is up to the job, or for that matter any of the other people involved (myself included) then the best way to do something about it is to join. Joining gives you a vote in the elections to committee, when they are held towards the end of the season, it also entitles you to stand for election yourself. So rather than using BRISA to points score do something about it. You know it makes sense. http://www.roversisa.co.uk/join2.php
  7. Very much so McClarky. The club have met with BRISA representatives on two occasions (including one this week). They have also committed to meet with us on at least a bi monthly basis with board representation at each one (John Williams and Tom Finn are our main contacts but where appropriate other board members may be present). On face value they are very supportive.
  8. That hits the nail on the head. Fans do not drift back quickly once they stop coming. half a dozen games in, and we have won 4. Its not gonna bring the crowds flooding back!
  9. There was. But tell me you werent nervous at the free kick in front of the Darwen End?
  10. Mickey Gray. Andy Todd (who for some reason decided he wanted to stay on despite the fact he could barely walk!)
  11. What do you think? BRISA ceases to be worthwhile if it isnt inclusive of ALL members. The distant Rovers thing you mention is something people are currently working on.
  12. Booked. And Trains.
  13. £15 adults, £10 senior, £5 children.
  14. They are unlikely to go on sale until at least the end of next week, so I'd anticipate that meaning Monday 14th Nov. About to book trains and accomodation for this one.
  15. Ill gladly let you have the one that sits next to me. Guaraneted to cost you a fortune.
  16. They normally bring about 250/300 on a good day! The story behind Charltons away support is a sad one, involving Crystal Palace, a poor local council and a derelict Valley.
  17. My pal bought Charltons 500'th ticket today.
  18. 70mph? to get to London by 7.30 (ish). More like 25 past Brum and down the M1!!
  19. Was thinking the same thing Matty!
  20. Was it a boy or a girl?
  21. Does the location of things like the strikers lounge (if its still called that) have any significance with the location of the fs? I have long said that essentially kids should be free. Or perhaps a token payment, a quid maybe? I dunno. Just musing like.
  22. What is very interesting is that our concourses are far bigger than the average football ground.
  23. Are you volunteering Oscar? Feel free to join up and stand for election, I am more than aware of several members of the steeing committee who want to get this off the ground and then simply be members....
