We scored 2 last week which could easily have been 4 or 5 and the week before we bagged 3 so the forward line is firing. The defensive errors are slowly being whittled down and there appears to be more concentration at the back.Therefore I'm going for Rovers 3 Spurs 1 (due to at least one more defensive lapse)

Hat's off to Mark Hughes, he's got the team improving week by week as is evident to all. Now we have the makings of a decent Rovers team (subject to a few changes when the transfer window opens) and just as importantly Hughes has the makings of a very good manager. I base this not just because of the win today but on the overall improvement of the team play and attitude. The best is yet to come.

I actually think that "Sparky" will continue to improve the team to the stage that the wins will be coming regularly, and it is my fervent hope that we not only finish above the geordies but beat them on the pitch as well.
