The dynamics within the changing room are going to be very interesting - two big and popular characters in Szmodics and Gallagher being replaced, so far, by two lads from overseas with at least one them not being able to speak the lingo. You sense any further signings, Mcfadz aside, look to be going the same way too with Park and Rudy leading the charge.

Ennis barely tried. Gallagher puts in a shift when he is fit - which is rarely I’ll admit.

Was strongly rumoured to have had his medical yesterday. Would seem as though we're waiting for Szmodics/Gallagher funds to hit before we can get anyone over the line. That, or as above, we'll bugger up any prospective deals at the 11th hour.

I literally have only seen 2-3 clips of him, so I'm coming from a standing point with this observation, but he didn't look bad with his feet - quite tricky from what I did see.

Well I called it that Brereton would be back in English football within 12-18 months albeit I thought he’d be back off to the championship. I think he’ll find his natural level back there after the season is out.

Some can dress it up how they want but as it stands: - We kick off the season two weeks today - We have signed zero players - THE only reason we stayed up last season is about to leave - Our only senior striker on the books is about to leave

For those eulogising over Gallagher leaving - he is the ONLY senior striker on our books. Be careful what you wish for with our zero budget - and this is coming from someone who doesn’t really rate him and acknowledges he’ll barely play half the season.
