We really should be winning this one, no matter how much Negative Tone bigs up Brentcelona. We've both taken 6 points out of the last 9. Though our defeat was away against the mighty Leeds, there's was a pathetic home defeat against a poor Huddersfield team. 2-1 with Raya flapping one.

It's a pity we don't have Mulgrew. Anyone able to put a decent corner, free kick or cross into the box would have caused flapper raya loads of problems.

I agree. As I predicted 3-1 and their 2nd was blatantly handball. I had no doubt at all we would win. Though I didn't think we'd play so badly. Barnsley are fucking dire. Those who think we have a chance of going down are deluded. We are pretty shit, but there are definitely 5 worse teams in this poor league. Even if we didn't have a manager we'd still stay up. Our problem is that a decent manager could and should have us in the top 6. The worst thing is to accept the stability of 11-15th place that the happy clappers love.

In the end our first half ended up being the good one, kind of. It's all about the 3 points, and the gap to the relegation places is already 7 points and an 8 goal difference swing, so no worries there. If we can keep picking up a win or 2 here and there we might even be able to push for a 15th place finish. Wow!
