  1. Benitez is such a plonk! He's supposedly prioritising the league. So instead of taking the 1-0 defeat at home he brought one of his best players on and got a replay. Then he brings a first teamer on at half time tonight and he gets injured... And here we are now in the replay into extra time. What a joker!
  2. Mowbray is terrible. Fancy not giving his son the full game. Tuts.
  3. Anyone can see their left back is struggling. Get the ball up there. I'm not saying anything about our Ben though.
  4. Gooool. Great performance with 10 men. Lol. Who needs Mulgrew.
  5. Rumour has it that our Tony and Mrs Brereton were quite close around 20 years ago.
  6. Assuming that the mystery 'injury flu' is real. I think I'd give Brereton a go there. Might just have gotten in the way of that first shot.
  7. Mowbray is useless. There's nothing positive you can say about the team or formation. Set up to lose.
  8. I wonder how many took the £20 walk on. We've a team out that suggests we're aiming top 6.
  9. Hopefully we can keep it at one nil and put some of our best team on 75mins.
  10. No closing down. What one might expect from a reserve defence.
  11. Going to Man Utd apparently. Cash + player deal involving Jones.
  12. ? With that extra tenner I could have got a return taxi. Door to gate. Grrrrrrr!
  13. The walk on doubling of the price has lost at least one. I was unsure if I would be able to get back, but here I am 1 hr before kick off. I'm not sure if this affects any others in the same way. I don't have BT Sport either
  14. Having a Nandos is the qualifying criteria these days.
  15. Just what have those naughty Indian players been saying? 2 sent home from the Australian tour and suspended for 'sexist comments'. Now facing misconduct charges. It must have been pretty bad, surely?
  16. One thing that concerned me about Mowbray's post match interview was that he didn't praise our goals in any way. They were 2 good goals and you get the feeling that most (if not all) other managers would have at least mentioned that. Is he that defensive and negative minded that he can only see the negative things? Perhaps good forward play and excellent finishing (for the 2nd) just doesn't register.
