I think it's more of a case of: Do we have ambition of promotion, if no sell him now whilst his stock is high. If yes keep and fund us with 5-6 quality players and push for promotion.

I agree with you, feel like we already have 3 loans. Now need to back it with 4-5 perms. For some reason I feel optimistic about this season. Upgrade on Pears, 2 new wingers, new LB and a new CM and I think we are flying. Losing Szmodics we need another replacement.

Agreed. I also thought his decision making on the ball was awful Trying to do skill rather than release the ball early for some good opportunities happened a few times last night.
