  1. Completely agree. I think the lack of striker we have now makes most people think he's the answer. When in reality the above is the situation - mostly a 6/10 and not a goalscorer.
  2. Gally isn't a target man is he though. He can't hold up the ball, he has a bad first touch and hes bad in the air?
  3. A few things could fall into place the next few days. Spurs apparently looking to sign Connor Gallagher from Chelsea, could that then mean Chelsea put a bid in for Wharton?
  4. Issue with Yates is he always needs to be alongside a target man.
  5. Agreed. He'd not be starting every game in a normal ran championship club imo. But then again I'm not sure Sig would either
  6. Have to say that BBC commentary team is the worst bit of commentary I've heard, extremely biased and not knowledgeable at all.
  7. What's happened to Moran? Sig too? Just seemed non existent today again
  8. Wharton money in, now looking elsewhere? Or is it wishful thinking?
  9. I get you. But he's then impacting the development of our own players.
  10. Or he's coming back on loan. Or JDT is fuming and leaving after this game.
  11. Outside of us fans, everyone sees our fanbase as embarrassing. Harsh truth of where we are at. Not many fans inside and outside at all understand the impact Venkys have had on us. Have no understanding of the fans we have lost at all.
  12. Oh decent. Disappointed to see we missed out on him. He's class.
  13. Assumption based on the fact Ipswich are about to sign a striker. I doubt they come in for Gallagher now.
  14. Meanwhile Gallagher stays and we miss out on Ali Al Hamadi. Ipswich getting a way way better striker.
  15. Extremely surprised to see Gilsenen playing today and not playing tomorrow. If Gallagher and Wharton aren't in the match day squad we all know why.
  16. Absolutely buzzing to see Isaac Whitehall back playing for the club. Hopefully still a massive prospect for the club and can kick on injury free for us.
