I think a problem we have is: We sell Adam Wharton it'll increase anyones sale price to us by a fair few %. We buy players pre sale or negotiate loan to buys our fees will be lower. The money won't be reinvested.

If they come in 20m and 30% sell on or something I think we have to accept it.

I genuinely think we're fucked if we don't sign another 4-5 good players. Pickering out isn't a big loss as I think he's our biggest liability, so should be relatively easy to upgrade on him.

I think so yes. Been at that elite level so should be able to pass on that experience and expertise. Manager is a different thing though.
