. Close to pitch-side as anyone that day I witnessed Mulgrew's game, eyes everywhere commanding his team both voice and gesture.
Genius! We've got Mulgrew!
One of his early games I remember the look he gave Lowe when he panicked one out of play.....with Charlie captain I think we might have stayed up

You are the first Rovers fan I have ever heard that has seen him at a game... I stand corrected. He's still been absolutely clueless on the goings on at Rovers every time I've heard him questioned on it.
I think the average fan who doesn’t use boards of this sort might not have the full story anyway.

Has anyone ever seen him at Rovers? The guy is a complete pillock, as much of a Rovers supporter as Cameron was Villa. Anyone, Rovers fan or not, could have got those questions right with a few days of revising.
He was immediately behind me in the collection queue on Boxing Day. So he was definitely there that day.

I see Tony McMahon for Bradford is second on the chart. Wasn't there talks of signing him during the summer? Pity we didn't.
And he's just got a bad injury I think i remember reading

Are you suggesting we go dogging at Ewood?
Don't mention it to Bradley

He did OK, one or two decent saves. He couldn't do much about the goal. His kicking is shambolic though.
One save was breathtaking.

Looks like we dodged one with that Connor Ripley....proper pudding that lad. Bigger arse than my missus.
Not even tall....wonder if being the son of a player helped with his progress.......

No one is bigger than any other in this fight. Wayne for whatever reason jumped into bed with the club and wether he likes it or not drew his line in the sand... It matters not one bit though, it's about numbers not individuals.
Yes but some have more clout than others. To sit on the top table and spend the last 7 years so-called supporting the venkys out campaigns, none of which have really got off the ground. And then to not only carry on advertising, but start partnerships with the club at the very time that we are at the lowest point under these keaners, thats poor. How do you expect the foot soldiers to carry on if the self appointed generals are proved to be shysters and in bed with the club.

No it hasn't, it's hardly ever been backed by big numbers though.
Trouble is Neal, when you think you have support from big players (or so called big players) like Wayne Wild, who has the resources and could get some high profile energy into getting the keaners out......in bed with them now waiting and hoping to get in with a directorship in the future....watching the club die in the meantime with advertising and partnering with venkys....

I'd question if it was ever intended as a vital service and I do mean question as I'm not aware if it was.
Clearly there will have been fans who were unable to attend through ill health, mobility or sight issues etc. who listened. I understand this but I don't recall Rovers ever promoting RR in this way to the wider community nor do I recall fans praising it for such involvement.
Like many things at Ewood the closure could possibly have been handled better but that comes as no surprise.
Some people just love to argue.
Its more the symbolism of RR going.....Just another deed to erode the heart and soul of our club. People like you sit by and argue for the sake of it.

Its obvious Rooneys legs have gone. I expect him to be on the bench a lot. Too many miles on the clock.
I also think Everton have bought a lot of unproven players and Koeman will be gone by december.

Surely as soon as you sign a contract earning more than 2k a week after tax you hire a financial advisor to look after your 100k a year wage?
A financial advisor for 100k..? My missus earns that as a fairly senior manager at a pharmaceutical company. A good rep can earn that.

Didn't we used to play or train at Little Wembley near the existing ground. car park behind the club shop....When I was a kid there was a company on there and we used to call it LW. I was led to believe rovers played there.

We are linked to sign Oztumer, Dack, Bostock, Gladwin who can play the 10 role. Why are we being linked with these players if we are going to play a number 10 player. Plus we got Bennett, Conway,.Feeney and Rankin Costello to wide roles
We need fast energetic wing backs to make a 352 work properly. Im not sure we have the manpower......

Id bet that the venkys will be in attendance. Wonder if there will a football element to the crowd.

Brighton 90% chance of defeat I reckon, but the other three (Cardiff, Reading and Leeds) I would not bet my house on Wigan defeats, particularly if Leeds have already guaranteed a play off spot before the last game of the season.
Wigan have pockets of quality in their team that we dont have. Obertan is a quality player at this level, Powell is capable of more than anyone in our squad, and he is on their bench. We are screwed and i wouldnt bet against wigan scraping it and BC dropping with us.

Simon Barker and Scotty Sellars were decent.
