Quite a striking comment. I would say Gallagher has been very good in the last 4/5 games and seems to be operating more centrally. He appears to utilising his attributes much more readily, making better use of his frame, height and pace. As I said to my chum after Birmingham on Saturday; he's becoming the bastard we always wanted him to be. Dack could in no way fill that position based on his own physical attributes.
he wouldnt do worse - my opinion.

It looks as if ‘the club’ want to move away from Dack, so for Chaddy that unquestionably makes it the right decision. That’s literally it, so not sure why folk are attempting to debate him on it day after day…
never has his own opinion.

I would love to see pep or klopp try their hand at a proper challenge. Pep has achieved pretty much all there is to achieve in 3 leagues and is still young. Why not give it a go for a laugh? See how his tactics fair against some brick shithouse two footing everyone and the ref just playing on.
Grab a Stanley and say get to Pl in 5 years - if you achieve that, take 10 mil of PL money.

if we go up, we need to be a Wolves, brentford or Brighton. Not a Norwich, Burnley, WBA, or Watford.
Edit: Yes i added Burnley purely for bites

Not much animosity in that to be fair. Just agree or disagree. I find more arrogance in your replies than animosity in his.

Brighton have tended to be pretty good at not losing their assets for less than their worth, so I suspect they'll have something up their sleeve on Van Hecke. No idea on what sort of fee he would command or whether it's remotely realistic that we could get him, but if we could put Ayala's wage to getting Van Hecke next year then that would be a tremendous bit of business.
Would be one of the best defenders at this level (obviously if he avoids practising martial arts on the pitch). Ayala will need replacing so definitely need a longer term option.

Just opinions mate. If you don’t like them then Scroll on…similarly if you’d prefer to watch a team every other week whilst spending the rest of your time doing whatever it is that you do and believe that your view on the ability of players and team is better than those of the people who are employed as professionals in the sport and work with the lads day in day out…then feel free crack on with that too 👍🏼

I'd give Ayala another year, and try to persuade him to become our defensive coach.
Just give him the winter off each year and he'll snap up that position for sure.

Just my opinion. I try to make it based on evidence and fact rather than fiction.
Dacks fitness forms a part of the profile I mentioned. His ability to close down etc.
If your opinion is that there’s some conspiracy theory or ‘bias’ then, cool. 👍🏼
we dont close down tho

All managers have preferences on player profiles based on their style of play. Bradley Dack isn’t what he was.
Get. Over. It.
How do you know he isnt?

Two teams at the better end of the table in a football match. Just happens to be a derby. Thats it.

Breretons improvements were as much down to him getting his strength up as anything else. Alongside being used more by the manager instead of ten mins here and there often when the team was struggling.
That happened to coincide with games in lockdown as well.
Absolutely, he has bulked up. Looks a unit now.

Given up on Dack though.

We have to take players on face value....
-
So a player says he backs his manager - you say why would he lie? Dack says he is fitter than ever - you don't believe him and need proof?
-
In fairness, how do you know he isnt the player he 'was' or that if he isnt, that 'he will never be the same'. We have barely seen him to even make that type of judgement. He says he is fitter than ever.
Unless you have an inside line - you cannot just make assumptions like that. I thought you were Mr. Positive? Surely, you should be positive that Dack comes back to become the same top Championship level player he is/was.

Why wouldn't you?
Maybe some of you who are far too cynical in life and maybe taking my approach to life would serve you better
If you hated your boss and was asked by the local media if you liked him or not - would you say you hated him?

Carrick has been putting in his name for just about every job going and only now just got one. Ballsey move to take the chance on him but i imagine they already know they aint doing much this season anyway.

Owen was scoring wonder goals for England at 19. Come on man. Bellingham is now touted as a 100 million player.
BB was cack - he was cack. Now he isnt.
