the latest odds for finishing 4th: Arsenal 4/9 Tottenham 9/4, Bolton 12/1 Blackb'n 16/1, Liverp'l 33/1, Wigan 50/1 16/1 maybe worth a few bucks

according to the official website, andy todd will pushing to be back in the side after missing the m'boro win with a dead leg and there is a place in the squad for tony kane from the youth setup who has been given the number 34 shirt. savage is susspended and will hopefully will be replaced by tugay!!! it looks as though hughes has warned the players about banana skins and nelson thinks its the toughest out of the 8 games remaining. should be well up for it then -

i think the first goal is vital tomorrow. if we score first then their heads will drop, the crowd will be on the players backs and we could give them a real pasting. if they score first, it could be hard to break them down, confidence will grow and it will be like a cup game with them trying to get their first 3 points at home. we are much to supreme for the mackems though and whoever scores first im sure the rovers will dominate the game and bring back the bacon and the 3 points of course. -
we can still make 3rd
-
i agree his technique and first touch are woefull. but he is still only 24, practise makes perfect and maybe with a bit of luck he can show us how he performs next season in the champions league if we make it you cant really compare reidy to gerrard as a player, though in transfer value manure are apparently after reid for around 6 million and what were chelsea willing to pay for gerrard last summer?? around 40-50 million.

dunn and forsell were expensive too and have been injured most of this season. 28.2 million down. just think how hard it will hit them when they go down. -
so the best outcome for us would be a chelsea v liverpool final as it would free another uefa cup spot in the premiership league table with chelsea and liverpool being in the top 3 and placed for champions league qualification.

[Archived] Pedersen For United?
Presty On Tour replied to Hughesy's topic in Football Messageboard Archive
i doubt paul scholes has been hired as a scout, or been given a spying mission to watch players, doesn't a club like manky hire professionals or expert staff trained in this area for judging player potential? as for scholes isn't he not playing at the moment because he has eye problems, blurred vision i beleve the reports said? how is he going to watch players and write a report up with bad eyes? as far as i know he is only contracted to play football for the manky scum and should be resting or getting treatment, not burning round lancs watching players. if he has though been scouting though, maybe his eyes seen some qualities in amoruso, he's gone back to fergy with a glowing report and hopefully now he will be united's number 1 summer transfer target. as for pedersen leaving, that would be a well sad loss and i would be guted as for myself and others as he is a real fans favourite!!! a midfield player who can score more than 10 goals a season we don't want to lose, i thought we were trying to build a team, not sell our best players!!! peter is comming up through the youth and looks well promising but imo is not ready yet. -

our biggest home win: 4-1 v charlton our biggest away win: 3-0 v wigan they are not 7-0's i agree but i'm sure if someones not mentally prepared to give sunderland a real pasting hughsey will have them off. theres a possibility that this seasons final placings could come down to goal difference -
on away games we sing this song but does anyone know the exact wording?

i think your right, yeah its 8 in 8!! forget 6m on a new striker, matty derbyshire could be bellamy's new strike partner next season if he can take this form to the prem.
