Best chance. Wasted

Leeds players, still falling needlessly. But somebody about to get a 2nd yellow, I feel it…

Dolan and Gally in the 6-yard box… one falls, the other ambles idly. Typical

I didn’t think we would make it to HT scoreless, I’d be more encouraged, if we could make a pass or two.

Those shots of Leeds fans, priceless 😂

I have defended Gally, but this game has shown he is expendable. Liability with the ball, or defending. He made one clearance, that’s it.

Poor passing has even infected Sammie.

Pears, another strong save

Frankly, 25’ in, I’m surprised we haven’t conceded.

Wharton, make a pass…

I woke up at 6:17 (cst), in time to get the game on, surely, that’s a good omen? I’m not counting on it

No Strujik or Dallas (who announced his retirement). Its not much, but we have to take our favors where we get them.
And, I hope if Hyam plays, he redeems himself.

We’re in worse shape now. Plymouth gets an early goal vs Leicester, never relinquishes.

Thankfully, last night was out of character with how we've played for the last few weeks.
Repeat last night and it will be a similar result, repeat the game before against Southampton and the nerves at Elland Rd might just start jangling.
Whatever happens, even if we do lose, it can't be a repeat of last night's surrender.
You make 100% sense.
I’m expecting something closer to 0-0, definitely not 5-1, or 0-5. We very well may lose, but I expect our lads will give a great account of themselves at Elland.
COYB!

Pompey, Sunderland and Derby have far larger catchment areas !
No doubt; Rovers are the Green Bay Packers of the EFL. my only point was, there are clubs elsewhere who have fallen upon tough times, yet, their fanbases are as rabid as ever: I have no doubt our fans equal the zeal of those I mentioned.

It's plain and simple from here, win our remaining home games or these spineless losers are playing league 1 football next season. A tall order when you study statistics, Rovers have won 1 of their last 13 home games in the Championship.
Truth; what a sobering thought this is. Why the wonderful fans we have, continue to show up, I do not know. My hat is off to them.
We have better fans, than we have admin, players & coaches. truthfully, I’ve wondered how Portsmouth, Sunderland, Derby, etc, continue to draw the crowds they do.

This is precisely why I can't stomach anymore.
Nothing has changed and nothing will under these owners.
I know how frustrated I am; I cannot begin to imagine how frustrated some of you are, who have faithfully supported the club for 30, 40, or 50 years.

In 2017, Rovers were relegated, with 5 more draws than we have today. With four games to play, it’s impossible to achieve that many draws. With our form since Eustace came on, we cannot expect any more than one win. Maybe not even that. So, I cannot see where we get 51 points.
When I consider our roster in 2017- Steele, Raya, Graham, Conway, Mulgrew, Lenihan, etc- we had better players on the whole then, than we do now. it’s true some were older & on their last legs, but they were fighters, beating Brentford away in the finale.
The most depressing thing to me this year, has been the selling off of Ash Phillips & Adam… any young player with ability & promise, gets sold off.To top it off, ESPN+ has Leeds/Rovers on this weekend. What a joke. t’s all so depressing, I don’t even want to think about it anymore.

There are at least 6 regular starters who should never play for us again after this season.
I'm going to list them:
Dominic Hyam
Harry Pickering
Tyrhys Dolan
Aynsley Pears
Sam Gallagher
Arnor Sigurdsson
I'd absolutely take a relegation to make that happen.
I don’t see re-signing Gally or Dolan. But if I re-signed either, it would be Dolan.

We picked a heckuva time to turn in the worst performance of the season.
Thankfully, I had to work all day, & missed it.Any word on if the coaches & players refuse their pay this week? 😏
We very well could go down. The only thing that will keep us up, is the dross below us. I’m persuaded it won’t be Rovers’ skill & hard work.

I’m a Cardiff fan today; brum needs to go down

Was on that famous Saturday
The 2nd day of may
We met a bunch of Swansea fans on the motorway
We said we'd win promotion
We said we'd win the cup
But on that famous Saturday
Preston fucked it up
What year was this?
I am seeing 1981… what a close race that was.
My first year of college; I had never even heard of Blackburn Rovers at this time, way deep in the piney woods of East Texas.- 1

So, it appears Bristol City haven’t played in the top-flight since 1980? There’s still a mathematical shot at playoff places, until they lose, or Norwich wins.
Not much hope to hang onto there. But enough that they will give Rovers the best effort they have tomorrow.

There is a Rovers terrace song relating to events in about 1980 that sums up the feelings towards PNE on these matters.
For once though they do have something to play for.
I would enjoy hearing the song.

Leeds subs are quality. We have nothing to compete with Bamford & James.
