  1. So if that is the case from bullshitter in chief Waggott, then it is a managerial decision, not a finicial one, to not sign a quality defender. On that basis Mowbray is setting himself up for the sack
  2. Hmmm cheap and a last minute decision to sure up a defense leaking goals. Not quite on the soundness of this plan
  3. To be honest. If we could have sold Dack for something around 12 million I would have lept at the chance. If we would have invested that in two quality defenders I would have backed us for a promotion push
  4. Biggest transfer of the year for us. Mowbray out and Damien Johnson in as head coach.
  5. Aye no disagreement here, I don't disagree with Paul either, obviously the attack didn't perform. Everyone can weight it differently. For me personally I am more disappointing in the defence than the attack
  6. Did I say it was? Just a balance of probabilities. No attack scored 2/3 goals a game but many defences can keep a clean sheet at home against a promoted team Even good attacking players have off days. City relied upon a Kompany wonder goal to win the league. But if those off days are coupled with a leaky defence then we get performances like today
  7. Oh I get the argument, I am arguing that maybe it is more realistic to expect the defence to get a clean sheet once in a while rather than expecting the attack to be scoring 2/3 goals every game. Do you follow that one?
  8. Ayy and if we hadn't had conceded two poor chances then we would have won today.
  9. Is Amari Bell the only defender that Mowbray has purchased that started today? Bloody hell, thinking about that he really is inept at organising defences
  10. Yeah I will give them 1%, Bennett 10% and 89% to the clueless dinosaur in charge
  11. The truth is we could have not bought Gallagher and played Ben up front and have got the same amount of chances today. What the flying fuck is our transfer policy? Who decided 5 million on another striker was the right thing to do?
  12. If he doesn't drop Bennett after this game just end the season now. Sick of watching the dinosaur in charge of our club
  13. Come on now. Mowbray is a football genius. Who else could have picked Elliot Bennett when we have Nyambe?
  14. The fact that we are playing the same defence as we did last season tells us all we need to know Mowbray saying defenders are coming and then getting one player in one loan is a fucking shambles and terrible management Hahahah pathetic
  15. Right I am of to bed, past midnight on this side of the world, praying for a 3-1 come back. Dack, Gallagher and Rothwell Feeling the 2-1 loss though, and if that unfortunately happens, maybe some people will finally open their mind to the possibility Mowbray might not be all that
  16. The Bennett decision sums up every single thing wrong with Mowbray Too safe and steady, too loyal to poor players, an unwillingness at all to rock the boat
  17. Downing is 35 he is on the way down, if he at all manages to finish the season. Has he led to a goal, no. Should we be developing Rothwell , absolutely
  18. Should have done the right thing before the match.
  19. Mowbray is shit, the writing is on the wall for this season. Get him shipped out and a younger more forward thinking manager in No more Elliot fucking Bennet and 35 year old fucking wingers Also the decision to not play Rothwell for Downing is a fucking joke. An absolute joke
  20. If we are 0-0 and he doesnt make a forward thinking sub then Tony is truly a dinosaur
  21. Charlton are about to score I have the willies
  22. Nyamble and Rothwell for Bennett and Downing and I can agree with that
  23. No Downing for me please. Lets get some pace on the field, and hit Charlton nice and early
  24. They aren't the only club as well. Makes perfect sense to try
