Tbf I think Curtis is linked as the attacking right midfielder (winger), whilst they’re looking at Rathbone at Rochdale as a CM. Especially with Corry Evans injures.

Been thinking about this. He’d have to play the way he’s played the last two, for the next 10 games. As well as convincing me that he wasn’t playing well just to get another contract. Bell has all the tools to be a fantastic fullback. He has so far lacked the conviction and confidence to really kick on.

Rubbish, why can’t the fantastic run before Christmas be the indicator? Your take on the match as a Rovers fan is scandalous tbf. Anyone who actually Went / watched yesterday knows we were absolutely bloody brilliant. We ran over a side in 5th position (in their back yard) who’d just won at Leeds and were on a cracking run. They were as good as we let them be.

You’d be surprised what they say mate. (I don’t speak to or know TM btw) Plus, there’s a difference between players towing the line and openly saying they love a manager. It’s easy to see why. He’s open and transparent with them. Isn’t always right but has the best intentions of the players and the club at heart. They love the fact that Jonty has been promoted and can see a route into the first team. Fully expect a few more young lads to break through and play regularly in the next few months. I wonder if in years to come we will look back and fondly remember the manager who gave debuts to and established 5-8 academy players at this level? Maybe, maybe not.

Has been injured a bit to be fair. Plus I think he was positionally and defensively weaker last season. Remember a few teams targeting us down that side. Preston away vs Robinson springs to mind. Absolute LOL’s at those suggesting Nyambe, like Travis have developed into top players in spite of Mowbray by the way. Be funny to be able to ask the young lads what they think of the gaffer. Lot of love for him.

I literally came on this morning (a time where the site is historically busy) looking for transfer news based on the fact that the manager said one was imminent last night. There are a couple of posters who regularly pick up the names before they break in the media. The performance of the team yesterday is relevant and would often spark debate about which position should be prioritised etc. So why not this morning?
