James Lea-Siliki - seen this lads name floating around, not necessarily linked with us but he’s a free agent. Got plenty of experience and could fill the void for Travis next season.

With the way we try to play I think it’s strange, under the JDT era, that we’ve not signed anyone like that. S Thomas had pace but it didn’t really work out for him here, although he showed glimpses…I’d have him over Markanday and Moran on the wing though.

We 100% need cover at CB this window. But yes a striker who’s got some pace and or abit of flare about him - This team lacks pace.

11 days to get 4 players IMO. 2 CBs, 1 winger and a striker…all very unlikely - I think we will see just 2 more and they’ll both bee loans - I can’t see O’Riordan happening.

I know a few Brum fans and they rate him. His age is definitely a sticking point though - He’s bloody 35 in 2 months!

Not to worry to much…It says he’s just a replacement in case Gallagher goes. Not sure why we’d sign a 34 year old though. I know we want experience but that’s beyond the realms surely?

This is a good loan - If he does well, Bolton may pay a decent fee on a permanent. I don’t want to endure another 4 months of Ennis and his injury issues. Wonder if this will now help bring another player in.

So poor and sad that the majority of us think we will loose this match…I’m the same, we have zero confidence all over the pitch. I don’t think it’ll be a high scoring match but 2-1 Huddersfield…JDT has to be in serious trouble if we don’t win this.

We miss his directness and pace…Always rated him, if he converted more shots to goals he would be a top half prem starter for sure.

For a normal club, looking at Gallaghers age and injury record and seeings fees which will now exceed 1.5m, then they would be 100% selling. They’d then invest on one of their targets which should have been lined up for months. It’s the hope that kills you.

You could be right but they’re both our players now and for a few years…Best way to develop players is to send them out on loan to league 1.
