Mate that post was bringing in O’brien…O’Brien is linked with both us & Sheff united. Sheff united cannot buy anyone unless they sell Berge. Berge is supposedly staying which puts us, hopefully, on the front foot with O’brien.

Peter O’rourke is an iffy source which is a worry. I’d rather listen to Nixon & that’s saying a lot. With Sheff united apparently keeping Berge you’re correct it’s a good chance we could land him. I’m still worried about West Brom though…still have a feeling they will come in at some point. We won’t make it easy for us fans anyway.

Why would wanting probably the best midfielder in the league be a wind up. Striker is a must also but O’brien would be huge as long as the T&Cs arnt daft. We’re crying out for control in the middle aswell as a CF.

Yeah I don’t believe cook is true & glad it isn’t — O’brien is a must (however I had my doubts) & also a striker. If Donkey Gally gets injured, which often happens, we will be left with vale…..

Berge is training with Sheff united today if that means anything.

And sorba may give him a nudge but if Berge leaves Sheff united then you know there’s only one place he’s going. Berge will be sold late on, we will hang around and Sheff will swoop in on the last minute.

If we are looking at players out of contract then why the hell arnt we pursuing onomah? He literally doesn’t have a contract, he’s good quality and his wages can’t be that good if PNE are swooping for him. Shocking recruitment if we let that slide if you ask me.

Yeah, Gallagher has to be sold in summer…. It’s currently looking like Raya possibly leaving in summer is our only hope of having money to spend.

JDT will be furious if we don’t bring in a CF…i couldn’t see him leaving as this season finishes but If the summer window is a repeat of this one then JDT for sure will walk shortly after.

If Markanday doesn’t go out on loan then I hope he starts this one. Please keep Vale away from the starting 11.
