One of the funniest interludes I’ve read for a while. Well done chaps.

I do sometimes wonder if Chaddy is a genius of irony though or this whole schtick is part of an act.

I’ve often thought this , every now and then the mask slips . He blocked me when I’ve pointed this out

Spot on. I was going to say it sums up the arrogance of young professional footballers but that would be doing a disservice to the Marcus Rashfords of this world.

It’s far from perfect but we all did daft shit when we were teenagers , I imagine we had grown up  a bit more attached to the real world than Foden and co .

It's good, not told from the goody goody POV. Told from Johnny's (bad guy in the film) POV and adds a lot of depth to the story.

    Try it, only 30min episodes.

My wife was watching it , I’d not actually watched karate kid so we watched it . Was ok , not the goonies debacle she put me through .  sanctimonious old man , Daniel like a young smutty John travolta wins with an illegal kick .
cobra Kai was fine , feel good think breaking bad ... too jazzy

Noticed that Lindsay wasnt even in the extended squad in their latest friendly, he is so far out of the picture. Would guess maybe he is in talks with someone but obviously with no new deals in the pipeline, that may well be someone else.

Not saying that I would sign him but of course he has been linked through the Lancashire Telegraph.

    Won’t be us

An odd signing by Dyche that one , one of the new breed of non contact Centre Halves ...

Dyche tends to like old school  stop the other team scoring at all costs ....

My mate tells me , he never really wanted to go there ...

    A bit Ike Dann here

Dyche doesn’t  know what he really wants , he’s a talker who has got lucky . The man has a ginger disc beard

Of course,  I wasn’t the person who mentioned “hate” that’s too strong a word for me but how can ‘blind optimism’ from a supporter EVER be damaging? Optimism and positivity can never be damaging so long as you are not in charge and even if you are, the very best leaders are more often than not more ‘blindly optimistic’ than anyone else!

It’s negativity and pessimism which has the potential to damage anything. Regardless of context.

Because if it’s blind optimism you aren’t looking at the bigger picture , you are accepting the flaws and the problems along with the positives , you refuse to see where improvements can be made and subsequently they never will

Normally I wouldn't rise to the ridiculous 'hate' comment but I think I know who some are that he has fired his comment at and he couldn't be further from the truth. I know roughly what they spend on Rovers each season, the time they spend on Rovers and the extremes of emotions they go through. Criticism doesn't equal hate, it sometimes shows the opposite by wanting better for our club.

It’s the blind positivity I find more damaging from some ... but then it’s made even worse when it becomes clear they are only interested in themselves and the money in the pocket

Chadwick Boseman has died at 43, this one hits hard for me.

For those that don’t know he was an actor most famous for playing Black Panther in the MCU.

Apparently been privately battling colon cancer for 4 years

Never heard of him but his age hits home

Had my second ever round on Monday at Towneley. Given I lost ten (golf) balls on my first round and I lost two this time, I’d say that was a marked improvement!

My dad played off scratch but I was never compelled to try it . I’ve no patience and id find the above soul destroying . I’ve only ever played cricket and football but both to a fairly high standard . I think I’d be a disaster at golf

But I haven't watched the video tho. I posted it for other Rovers fans who might be interested in his past performances.

I haven't listen to the Radio Lancashire interview either

Jesus Christ course you have , why lie ? Or you don’t know for sure that the link doesn’t take us to some white supremacist propaganda ?
