  1. We were solid at the back after scoring. This time last season we were plummeting down the table under TM. Could it be Sunderlands turn 1-1 at the weekend and beaten with Rotheram tonight.
  2. I was saying that to the guy sat next to me, another nervous finish, if we can learn to put games to sleep with a few goals, the supporters won't have to reach for the nerve pills.
  3. A fantastic battling performance with Dack, Diaz, S Warton and A warton still to come back. We showed some classy moves when we had the ball. And goals are beginning to come from all departments.
  4. We can't ask for more from rovers, 6pts from 2 home games with Dack and Diaz injured. I thought it was a decent performance, we battled well for the points and showed some good movement when we had the ball. Great performance from Brittain in defence. Well done Rovers lets take our home form away with us.
  5. Don't put the jinx on it, a few said that before the Wigan match.
  6. What we need to get right in the Summer, strengthen in attack.
  7. Probably still dribbling round 3 or 4 players then his brain packs in, what next.
  8. I heard the same comments before the Wigan game, there for the taking easy peasy. Don't forget Blackpool need the points to get out the bottom 3 and they have improved under Mick Mcarthey.
  9. I would love to see Leonard given his chance tonight, seeing Dacks out for a few weeks and BBD doubtful. There's only one way to win games, an attacking formation.
  10. Probably because were only averaging 12- 14,000 at home matches.
  11. Should be a few on sale at the ground, it will be far from a sell out.
  12. How many of our players have been took out the game with hatchet men over the last couple of seasons. It's time our players got wise and sue 1 or 2 of these hatchet men in a court of law. Madines was 100% intentional and Oleary went in with a two footed tackle that could have broke a leg intentionaly. There not accidents there intentional to damage.
  13. According to JDT in the Telegraph BBD might play some part if needed.
  14. If we had a bigger squad, we could give players like madine his own medicine with the professional foul.
  15. I've been saying this for a month or so, Leonard can't stop scoring for the under 21s, unlike Vale who can't start scoring. I know it's a big step up into the senior squad , but who knows ? he might be the missing piece in the jigsaw. 3-0 Rovers.
  16. Dack out for a few weeks Diaz doubtful, the goals might have to come from elsewere.
  17. We've a flimsy squad when we get injuries, some of the blame should go to people higher up, not strengthening the squad in the January transfer window. You need strength in depth for a serious top 6 challenge. If we can get a result against Blackpool it just leaves Q.P.R. before the FA cup tie. This will give Dack and Diaz time if we rest them for the cup tie.
  18. I have just heard news on our injuries, Bradley Dack (hamstring) is out for a few weeks and BBD is doubtful. I heard an intelligent comment on this sight a few days ago, why not push Hedges deeper up front, he's shown potential but is played out of position for me. Or an alternative give Leonard his senior debut.
  19. I think BBD is loyal to Rovers and wants to score goals while he's here.
  20. I remember last seasons encounter under TMs incredible spiral down the table, Blackpool were up for it and played better than Rovers. Could it be that the incredible Lenihan and Tony Mowbray already new they would'nt be here next season. Lenihans bragging about Boros position, he did'nt set Ewood alight.
  21. What an icon! I was glued to the tv set when Dickie Davies presented World of sport.
