I can see your point of view with the January transfer window, we get off to a flyer start of the season. Then along come the expected injuries, and no money in the transfer kitty due to the Venkys fiasco. -

Just think what John Eustace could do for Blackburn Rovers, with decent transfer funds. -

If we can get the series b striker deal over the line before Friday, I'd be a bit more confident for the lancashire Derby game. My heart says 4-0 to Blackburn Rovers, my head says it could be a tough 90 minutes. -

Never been the most loyal of supporters, some people at Ewood. Only turn up when the sun's shining, and every things rosy in the garden. Other clubs get full houses when there relegated. -

I'm a season ticket holder, if we all followed suit, Rovers would be in trouble. You've to take the rough with the smooth in football, till there's light at the end of the tunnel. I will be in my seat as usual Friday night. -

I think we're going to have to grin and bear the death spiral were in at the moment. Until the walking wounded return and the Venkys put there hand in there pocket for reinforcements.. -

Why not give Toth his chance, he was at fault for Coventrys opener last Tuesday. Ball floated to the back post, he was slow getting there result, back of the net. -

It's going to be this way, until we get rid of the venkys. We get off to a fantastic start to the Season, and get in the top 6, then along come the usual injuries, and no transfer money to bolster the squad. -

It might have been a blessing in disguise losing last night and sliding out the top 6. Can you imagine this team in the Premiership, against teams like Liverpool, Man city; Arsenal etc. -

You must not have been wearing your glasses, apart from a couple of great saves from the Coventry keeper, we were never in it. -

We should have a Venkys out campaign for the next home game, we all stay outside the ground with banners for 10 minutes after kick off. These wa-k-rs, have ruined Blackburn Rovers football club. We need an owner whose interested in football, and prepared to put money in the pot when transfer windows open. -

It was that easy for Coventry last night, they turned it into a training session after they went 0-2 up. We need a proven consistent striker or two, to hit the opposition were it hurts. -

We were that poor last night, one effort on goal went for a throw in. We gave the ball away every time we got it, and the passing was league 2 standard. The only bright spark was Gueye, who was a one man show. If we can turn him into a consistent goal scorer, he would be the finished article. -

It's a good job we got off to a good start after that performance, I can't see were our next win is coming from. -

Have you been drinking at the weekend, you've more confidence than me, after watching rovers the last 4 or 5 games, Coventry will be up for this one after there win at weekend. I hope your right and we bounce back, but we'll have to step up a gear or two to get past Coventry -

I said on this site after the Portsmouth game, I was far from impressed with the performance. I could sense this result coming, we're simply not good enough for the top 6 at the moment. -

A few people put Gueye down, if it wasn't for him being introduced to the game last night, it would have been a different story result wise. He held the ball up well, and had 1 or 2 defenders feeling nervous, he also took his goal well. -

He has me biting my nails nervously at times Pears, strolling round the 6 yard Box with the ball with the opposition inches away. A hefty kick into the oppositions half relieves pressure on your defence. -

I agree with some of the comments, Britain and Beck have got to be up there with the best of them in the Championship for a defencive pairing. -

I was far from convinced from last night's performance, we gave the ball away nearly every time we got it in the first half, and we didn't seem to know what to do with the ball when we got near there box. There was improvement in the 2nd half, when Guey came on, he held the ball up well and took his goal well, add to that Andy Weiman on the scores sheet again and Callum Britain getting in on the act. If we're to put a serious challenge in for a top 6 finish, we need to step up a gear and get our act together. Great to see Joe Rankin Costella back in action. -

We need to get back on track, after a disappointing Christmas period. We're far from convincing in the strike force department at the moment, scraping 1-0 wins now and again. Let's not take Portsmouth lightly, they'll be after the points.
