  1. It’s just been announced on Skysports. Rovers in talks for Szmodics. Fee is 2.5 million. Could get a third player in today
  2. I can’t fault the way Rovers are doing their business. I’ve heard nothing but good reviews about Morton. Britain was solid in his first game for us. He can only improve as he gets used to the other players around him. I have no doubt that we will bring in at least another 2 players. Great result on Saturday with a so called threadbare squad. I have faith in JDT. Onwards and upwards Rovers
  3. My own preference would be BBD - Brighton for Van Heck and £12 mill bring in the City youngster Delap for £2 mill Bowler from Blackpool - £2.5 mill Styles from Barnsley - £2.5 mill Change left over. Happy days
  4. Transfer talk. They mention that West Ham could come in for BBD if they’re unsuccessful with Lingard. 15 mill bid
  5. Duncan Ferguson in advanced talks to become the next rovers manager. Will definitely take that. Will be a risk but a worthwhile one
  6. Im actuality happy Mowbray has gone. Missing the playoffs this year was criminal. He ran out of ideas and the shape of the team wasn’t good. My choices of managers. Would take Curbishley or Chris Houghton. They play decent football and have very good track records in the Championship
  7. May as well have thrown my money down the drain. Not watching again till Mowbray has gone.
  8. As a Rovers fan all my life. I remember the days of Noel Brotherston and co. Mowbray has steadied the ship but it’s time for a change. We were second 12 games ago and now won’t make the playoffs. We have a big enough squad with talented youngsters. It’s not acceptable what’s happening now. He seems disinterested and lacking ideas. Not beating bottom clubs at home is just diabolical.
